Love Sonic Oh I wish they did their little slushy ice cream thing like with a bigger size but they don't but otherwise it's pretty amazing and I really like it You know this reminds me a really long story which let me tell you about it once upon a time I went to Sonic and this one person was there and they were like hey how many take your order And I was like oh man they want to take my order like what do I order you know and I thought about it like real hard and I was like man you know what sounds really good like a milkshake but you know what a milkshake with like a slushie at the same time so it's like a milkshake slushie you get like two for one It means kind of like a win-win everybody wins you know So I went ahead and did that and you know what I liked it and they liked it cuz I gave him my I gave him my money and they took it and then I never saw any more of my money and now addicted to the the slushies and and with the ice cream I lost my home my car I live they actually you know I'm using their Wi-Fi right now but still I love this place and they'll keep giving me what I need because I need...

Come here a lot and the food is usually good and reliable. Service is almost always good. However, when I went to pickup a mobile order today the mini Oreo chocolate shake I ordered was given to me in a tiny cup. I asked why the size was different since I had ordered one last week and it was the normal mini cup I was used to. The car hop girl said that this tiny cup actually was the mini and not the previous one I had received. The car hop said that lots of people are surprised by this and that the picture makes it look bigger. I was confused but not one to argue with food service workers. After getting home and googling for a bit my wife and I found out I had been given a “wag cup” which is intended for dogs to have cream or something of the sort, and in actuality it was not a mini. I recently visited the Sonic on Saratoga, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. I ordered a strawberry sundae, excited to enjoy a delicious treat, but what I received was a total disappointment.

First, the sundae was poorly assembled; it looked like it had been thrown together in a hurry. The strawberries were sparse, and the ice cream was melted by the time it reached me. To top it off, they put whip cream and i said NO whip cream and when i asked to get it remade all they did was just scrape it off and gave it back to me. The lady who took care of us was absolutely disrespectful.

It’s frustrating to spend money on something that doesn’t meet expectations, and this visit left me feeling let down. I hope they can improve their service and attention to detail, because right now, I can’t recommend...
