I don't normally rate chains, but this place has disappointed twice in a row. Sometimes you want something quick, you know? Just throw together a good sandwich at dinner after a long day. The critical thing is to ensure everything is on the sub; this wasn't the case. They absolutely forgot to put mustard/mayonnaise on 1 of 2 subs...how?
The other annoyance, although minor, was the order was placed through the app, and it gave an exact completion time, but the "order status" wasn't updated as being built or completed. It was stuck in received from the time of ordering to the completion time. I figured to head down there a few minutes after the completion time, and come to find out the two employees were prepping the store for closure and stocking the chips rack. Not a big deal, if they had thought to look at incoming orders. Needless to say, it wasn't ready at the prescribed time, it was ready approximately 15 minutes later.
Chaos theory in this case. Rushed the subs and hence they turned out sloppy and missing things. Classic example of having to do the employees' job for them or having to babysit them to ensure they put basic condiments on the sub. Avoid this location...
Read moreWhen bread was being cut it was smashed. Employee discarded the smashed bread and continued to cut another bread. That bread look just as smashed and they proceeded to make the sandwich with the smashed bread. The meat and cheese were hanging out so much. The toppings didn't even properly fit in the sandwich. It was a different person that asked what veggies I wanted in the sandwich, he saw the condition of the sandwich and proceeded to put the toppings in it. Three separate employees saw the condition of the sandwich and said nothing or attempted to make a new one. The sandwich was poorly wrapped that a lot of the filling fell out in to the bag. I truly hate complaining. I didn't say anything I thought at some point someone was going to look at the sandwich and attempt to remake it and no one did. If I hadn't seen the sandwich get made in front of me I don't think I would have wanted to eat it. If I had I got it through drive-thru I definitely wouldn't have. Read moreI will never be coming back to this subway. Horrible customer service. It started when I first walked in and was told they did not have any bread made and it would take an hour to have bread ready. I asked if they still had wraps and they said yes. So I started an order and got a chicken bacon ranch wrap. First of all, they didn’t know how to heat the meat and cheese up for this wrap. They put the meat and cheese on the tortilla wrap and then toasted the whole wrap in the oven… then they didn’t have any vegetables out besides lettuce, spinach, cucumbers and tomato. No onions. No banana peppers. Nothing. I asked if they had any more onions in the fridge and the worker didn’t even bother to go look he just said they didn’t have any. As I was finishing up telling the worker my order, another lady comes behind me just a few minutes later and orders a sandwich and gets sandwich bread (not a wrap) that they had in the other oven already… Worst customer service with people who don’t even know how to make basic...
