I’m a regular customer at this location — I buy the gallon-sized teas several times a month, either through the drive-thru or by going inside. Normally, I don’t write reviews, especially negative ones, but after multiple bad experiences, I feel like it’s time to say something.
On several occasions, I’ve been treated rudely by the staff taking orders. Tonight was one of the worst. The girl working the drive-thru had an attitude and made me feel rushed while I was trying to order. I ordered two Dirty Cherry Poppi drinks. The last time I got these drinks, they didn’t include the lime or cherries, so this time I kindly mentioned it when I received them. Instead of responding professionally, she rolled her eyes, turned to another employee, and said (with clear attitude), “Ugh, she’s asking for lime and cherries.” Then she turned back to me and simply said, “We’re out. Sorry.” No one even attempted to check or confirm that.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable, especially for loyal customers. I haven’t contacted management because, frankly, it doesn’t seem like it would make much of a difference. The behavior of the staff reflects poorly on whoever is managing this location. It seems like they’re hiring mostly high schoolers or very young adults who either haven’t been properly trained or don’t care about providing respectful service. That speaks volumes about the priorities of management.
I understand it’s late and the drive-thru gets busy, but being busy is never an excuse to treat customers poorly. Respect and good service are the bare minimum in any business, and sadly, this location consistently fails at that. I love the teas, but I’m seriously reconsidering whether I want to continue supporting a business that doesn’t value its customers.
Something needs to change here. I hope others who’ve had similar experiences speak up too. If no one says anything, nothing will improve. This staff needs proper training — or they shouldn’t be in customer...
Read moreJan 25, 2025 I went in to use my reward points for a gallon of tea, I wasnt able to use them because it was saturday and they had some kind of deal going on where you buy one and get the 2nd one free, but I justed wanted to use my rewards points I but alot of drinks and items from this location on saatoga and Staple, I ask to speak to the manger she said im the manger and i cant overight the system I explain to her that no where in the app or the store there is a notice , I was also explaining as customer view that i drove down there and was kinda disappointed , what made me upset is that she rolled her eyes. she was very unprofessional . again your app and store location doesnt state you cant use your reward point when other specials...
Read moreTerrible service I just went through right now. First of all there was NO SWEET TEA then they charged me for a medium drink I never had. I had to go back and get my money back. I go here regularly and I order the same thing I've never paid more than 10$ for 2 small drinks they charged me extra 1.50 for milk even tho they already charged me for the ice tea latte so why are you charging me for extra milk if I didn't ask ?? I just got charged 16$ for 2 small teas. Worst part is I drove 30min to get here I come here all the time this is actually ridiculous that I got charged this much. Owner manager whoever is in charge should look into the girls at the counter who knows how much money they've taken...
