Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

If I could give 0 stars I would. Tonight was the absolute WORST. I ordered a hot n ready thin crust via drive thru and after paying I got the receipt at 7:47pm a couple of minutes later I was asked to park in the front and when I asked how long the wait would be I was told exactly "3 minutes" 10x the wait I called the store at 8:17pm and advised them I had been waiting for 30 minutes already and was put on hold then someone else came on the line and I had to explain myself again. The person I spoke to said "I can give you free breadsticks" and when I asked him "so the pizza was never made" he responded "we're making the pizza right now" I told him " I was lied to when she told me 3 minutes, we were forgotten about, the pizza was never made, and I can't get down because I have my two little children with me and one of them is a baby. Instead of breadsticks may I have a drink please because I'm thirsty" he got quiet and his exact words were "unfortunately I can't do that" breadsticks cost more then a 20oz and 2 liter. After being on the phone for 6 minutes with two different people I was issued a refund and was shortrted 5 cents. What are the chances of me still getting the pizza had I been short 5 cents. As a mother I left with tears in my eyes because my child wanted pizza and here he was eating a whole hour later after having to go else where. Tonight was completely unacceptable and not one...

Went in and they didn’t have anything ready. I inquired about wait as I just got off work and wanted a quick option. They said approx 7 min wait and I agreed. 45 mins later I inquired if my order was ready as more and more people are standing around and front worker keeps taking more orders but no one is cranking out any orders. I didn’t get acknowledgment after I paid I had to go to counter and ask or I’m sure I would have been there even longer. That’s when I was told one of my pizzas has been done and I had a wait still on the other one. I was so frustrated I asked if I couldn’t get my pizzas I would just like a refund. They gave me two pizzas and sent me on my way. Almost an hr stop was not worth it. There were other people who were there the same time saying they had made orders 1.5 hrs ago and were in there waiting and even a customer who came in and did the code only to not have correct items in the box. So needless to say very bad taste in my mouth. I will not be going back to this location anymore too time consuming and apparently not stocking up during peak times and not staffed appropriately to handle...

Waited 30 MINUTES for ONE PIZZA that I ORDERED ONLINE, they cleared my order off the screen prematurely and apparently forgot about it, didn't even start making it until I showed up to pick it up. I can understand they had a couple big orders along side mine because I literally watched people walk out with 10 and 20 pizzas each but to blatantly ignore me the entire 30 minutes I physically stood inside the store waiting for my order, was RUDE! The ONE employee (who unfortunately was a manger) was working the phones, drive through AND the front counter. Not once said anything to me about the wait, my order, the inconvenience, nothing. Just continued on helping EVERY OTHER CUSTOMER that came in through drive or for carryout orders. Even other customers that were barely coming in noticed that I was being ignored by the person behind the counter and had even offered to let me wait in line before they ordered because they could see that I had been waiting for quite a while. How embarrassing!! Being busy/shorthanded is NO REASON TO EVER IGNORE ANY CUSTOMER ON ANY OCCASION! Do yourself a favor and just...
