I’ve had multiple bad visits to this location in the past and finally stayed away for a while hoping over time the staff would improve. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. All of tonight closing staff could use to additional training in customer service and a reminder that the job doesn’t end until the last customers are taken care of (I was not the last person in the door there was a line after me-I just happened to check my food before walking out and had to wait on remakes).
The visit started with walking in to a very dirty location (multiple tables not cleared and yet allowing seating on only that half or the restaurant). Next was the workers friends ordering and hanging at the counter not even paying attention to the line backing up (at one point the line managed to get to 5 groups waiting behind this chit chat). As I stood in line waiting I over heard another employee complain many times about the amount of people and don’t we know they close at 9:00. I walked in at 8:43 fully away the close time was 9:00 expecting to get my order to go as did the many other in line. The couple in front of me ordered chili to then be told after paying the kitchen was out of chili and they didn’t want to make any more tonight so pick something else. The gentleman simply asked for a refund which created more attitude from the girls working the counter as they mention this wasn’t convenient since they only had one register left open. I began to order off the kids meal and the first 2 items I ordered I was told were out and pick something else. I then ordered my salad and sandwich and asked for no mustard as the menu stated it had. The person picking up behind me asked to order a drink and they simply gave the drink to him and said don’t worry about the charge because they didn’t want to reopen a cash drawer since he didn’t have a card. Then the girls started complaining about the lost online order that was causing them to stay late.
I was finally handed my food (after the worker kept walking back and forth to talk to her friends sitting at a table). I stood at the counter to check my food since many times it has been wrong in the past. My sandwich that I asked for no mustard was instead covered in Mayo (so much Mayo the bread was falling apart). I asked for the sandwich remake since the menu never stated it had Mayo I didn’t know to ask for it to not be on the sandwich. This caused major attitude and rude remarks from both the girls at the counter as well as the kitchen staff. At 9:15 I was handed a sandwich remake. As a company I would be embarrassed to show the sandwich effort coming out of the kitchen staff. The top was sliver thin and only covered 1/2 of the sandwich. Impossible to eat without a fork as there was nothing to hold onto to even pick up. When shown the sandwich I was greated with multiple chuckles out of the counter worker saying well you asked for a remake. Not a great response for customer service. As soon as I wrapped the sandwich up she was back to entertain her friends still...

Its like the simplicity of subway meets the gourmet of jasons deli. My first time experience n i was treated especially well by the cashier Laila. Im a big fan of chili so obviously i had a cup of chili. N it was the right taste n spice. Im just disappointed that i learned about a bread bowl option later n to add shredded cheese to my chili I ordered the king club that was double the meat. It was delicious unfortunately they forgot to put any bacon in my club. But it didnt take away from the amazing look in appearance and presentation. The sandwich was brought by waitstaff in a square porcelain plate. I wanted to give my compliments to the manager howerever i couldnt distinguish the supervisor from the other employees. It literally looked like only employees running the place. Nobody like to be rushed to order especially when its your a first timer. The menu is big n has a lot of description. You will be overwhelmed n become frustrated unless u grab a personal menu. This should have been available somewhere at the front n middle of the aisle so they can speed up efficiency. But u dont get it till u get to the counter But lucky for me i was the only one that arrived n waiting so i had plenty of time and help. All in all I will give this place 4 out 5 stars. For an honest mistake of no bacon. Couldnt identify supervisor n the menus should be availabe somewhere in the aisle when waiting. But overall i cant wait to go back n eat...

This last time I showed up a couple minutes early and was told by the cashier my order was still being made. This was obviously acceptable, so I took a seat on the bench reserved in the to-go area (no table). Then I saw the cashier blindly place an order on the to-go shelf but towards the back out of reach so I naturally assumed it wasn't for me. I waited an additional 5 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and then decided to see whose name was on the order. To my surprise it was mine! It seems common sense for a cashier to check with anyone waiting in the to-go area to see if a newly completed order is theirs.
There have also been FIVE times where I go to pick up food and it comes without a pickle even though it is clearly shown on the receipt. What is a deli without pickles?
The fourth time I contacted the manager via email. She apologized and blamed her distributor for not delivering "the right amount of inventory." The fifth time she stopped responding to my concerns. Hopefully someone can address them here so I can return to a...
