OMG! Just had the worse experience and did not even get to order. I tried to go thru the drive-thru first and it was taking too long so I parked and went inside. I waited for someone to take my order but no one ever did. While waiting, this lady came in and said they could no longer wait for their food so they just wanted a refund. The girl behind the counter was rude. She told her "then why did you come so late?"The manager came forward and told the lady that she would give her a refund and give her order. The lady waited a few minutes then said they had to go to a graduation and she just wanted her refund. Mind you, the lady was not being rude. Flustered, the lady said "just keep the money" and proceeded to leave. The manager told her she would refund her money so the lady turned around back to the counter. The girl behind the counter began saying rude things to another co-worker about the lady and thats when I interceeded. I flat out told the girl, "You ARE being Catty!" which is what the lady had told her earlier. She told me "its because we get in trouble" and I cut her off and told her "there's a reason for it." I turned to walk out and she began yelling at me sarcastically, "Bye! Have a nice day! Thank you!" While in the drive thru, the two vehicles ahead of me left. When I was walking to my car, the vehicle in front of the two vehicle ahead of me left and a truck was trying to make it's way out of the drive thru line. This is not the first time I have encountered TERRIBLE service at this location. If I could give them ZERO...
Read moreIf i could rate it a negative I would. My mother was racially discriminated against by the manager called vanessa (or so she said that was her name). My siblings and I bought my mother food here and before we sat down we used the restrooms to freshen up we sat down we ate our food and when my mother wanted to go use the restroom she couldn’t get in cause it was locked. she goes and asks the “manager” to open or at least tries to because she barely speaks any english the manager rudely tells her in english (to which me and my siblings understood but not her) that the restrooms are only available to paying customers. She automatically assumed that my mother was not a customer despite seeing us order and sitting down to eat. She refused to let her in until I went up and asked her to open it and simply just asked in english and she did but not to my spanish speaking mother. We got upset decided to speak to her about her rude manners and simply stated it was policy and was following policy procedures but how does that even make sense when my mother clearly was a customer and she simply just assumed she wasn’t. Ridiculous and Racist. The food was disgusting as well. There was a kind old man who apologized for her actions. He did no wrong and hope he realizes we appreciate his apology even if he did that do no wrong he saw the injustice. I will be calling corporate and will be looking into getting vanessa terminated....
Read moreThe food is excellent. I mean, I knew what I was expecting. it was McDonald's. McDonald's is great if that's what you're wanting to eat for fast food. I ordered a number 7 homestyle burger. I added cheese now for the drink. I really wanted the iced caramel macchiato that McDonald's carries. without my knowledge, that beverage has been taken off the menu and is replaced with an iced caramel latte. I asked for the latte and the employee adamantly stated we do not carry lattes and I had explained to her I am staring at it right now. on the menu it says ice caramel latte she's like. I'm sorry we do not have lattes and I just had to go back and forth and I felt like she could have been more educated on the menu if that was a change that has been made and then she also could have worked on the way that she spoke to people. I've worked in customer service for a very long time and if the customer is adamant about something you agree with them and then hear them out and you cannot assume that they are lying or trying to attack you personally because I was not trying to do any of that. if anything, I was wanting to help her for future orders so that she doesn't get into the same situation again with me. however, ultimately the experience was mediocre. the food was great. it was just the way that the employee spoke to me that made it...
