I don't normally rate any place 5 stars, however in this certain instant the entire crew of both the morning as well as the evening have went above and beyond their call of duty. I can not single out any one person, nor do I wish to do so as each man and woman from crew member to team leader and through management has shown me that there are caring people left in this world. I want to thank the owners of this McDonalds as they have been able to single handedly amass a crew such as this all under one roof: WOW! During COVID-19, I amongst millions of other individuals have been through so much death and horrid realities in one life time when it should not have been seen in ten (10) life times. I lost my family during this time along with my employment, life savings, house, car and just about everything I ever had that I felt near and dear to. I had a lonely torn backpack that housed the remaining pair of socks, short and pants I had in this world. It has been days since I slept not to mention have eaten or bathed. I try my best to wash up under a faucet or hose when one is available, however that is harder and and fewer than I would like to admit. Being run off from something as simple as a water hose during the scorching heat and humidity of the is unfathomable: it's too true though. People tend to try to overlook people like this as if they are not there at all. When I entered this McDonalds I was greatest with a warm smile and unjudging eyes. I was blessed to having been able to buy a dollar menu item and a cup of cold water in which I relished. I was given an entire meal by the manager and told to eat and enjoy. I was instructed to take my time and take in the cold air and the hot food. There was no hurry to leave. I was so overwhelmed with love joy and appreciation that I cried. I was told that we all need a little love from time to time and a break. Wow! Thank you McDonalds for their love and...
Read moreSeriously terrible service. I should've known it would take forever to get my food when I saw 5 people at the counter waiting to be helped and workers/management standing right there ignoring everyone. I ordered my food and after 35 minutes finally received my 10pc nuggets and kids meal. For some reason I thought to get some strawberry pies for desert and after waiting 15 minutes for those a worker can around and told me the didn't have any strawberry pies and asked if I wanted the apple pies which again I should've just got the refund but said the apple was fine. After another 10 MINUTES I went to the counter because seriously that's ridiculous, just to be told they had 5mins left in the oven. When I asked for the refund I was told by management it was only 5 more minutes left. I work in food service and I completely understand being busy but seriously almost an HOUR for food? The floor was sticky as well just to add to the "amazing" service received. Every time I go to this location I get sick from the old food sat out as well and every time I walk in-store there's a bunch of people waiting. No. Never...
Read moreThe employees work hard to avoid eye contact at the counter. That's the only hard work they do. My order came with 2 drinks and when they served it, they didn't bring cups. The order was placed on their ordering kiosk. I went to the counter, with the receipt and waited about 2 minutes before having to call out to one of the 6+ workers who were ignoring me. One eventually came over and jerked the receipt out of my hand, then put the cups down and walked off. I was getting ice tea, 1 sweet the other unsweetened and looked for the artificial sweeteners. Of course, it behind the counter. So I walk over and proceed to wait again with the same results as before. I ended up walking away and drank the bitter unsweeten tea. These employees don't know what good service is and I'd expect they don't...
