Worst experience ever!!!!Tuesday evening 5:50 pm, got in Drive through line, got to order at 6:11, did not park cars to clear line, African American man at window , kept given things to man in truck before us , condiments,paper boats and more , there were 8 cars behind us , they eventually pulled up the truck, when we got to the window there were 4 workers in front, one of management just standing there , I asked for the main manager and was given to the lady standing there, I asked what was taking then so long tonight and was "oh were busy", I explained that they were very slow and now we had been there 40 min. Fir a sandwich and a meal for 1. They kinda laughed when I asked for the manager over her stating shr was it , thr business had been sold, I mentioned you could tell , they pulled us up to wait after I told them 3:people had left the line, manager didn't seem to care or be concerned. My daughter still had to go inside to get our order after having to wait almost an hour. The place is run down, the surrounding fence has broken boards, unpainted boards and majority of the boards have paint peeling . Doesn't do any good to call corporate because all they do is try to compensate with the worthless online system they have and the manager at least at this one never offered to compensate or accept the online voucher . Sad it costs so much and is worthless at can't even rate it...

I walked in, expecting to be in and out in 10 minutes. Nope. There was one family sitting down at a table eating, other than that I was the only customer in there. I placed my order and they printed up the receipt. I sit down to wait, and wait, and wait. After 20 minutes I start looking at the kitchen staff trying to see if I could see my food. A man had walked in by now, who must have known one of the workers because she walked around the counter and hugged him. They start chatting and soon more staff starts getting involved. Talking about hair cuts and hair products. 10 minutes later I see someone bagging up food. Finally. I'm all ready to claim my meal, then nope, a worker walks out the door with it. She takes it to a car parked outside. Maybe 5 minutes later the guy who took my order comes up to me and verifies the name on my order. He then says that they "got busy with other stuff" and apologized. He said they made half of my order then the other half just didnt get done. Busy with what? I was the only one waiting inside. Busy with hair conversations? He offers me a free side or drink and keeps apologizing for the delay. Finally, after another 5 minutes I have my food. I wont be coming back to this location, never have I ever had to wait over 30 minutes for...

NEGATIVE stars here. I placed my order online at 7:00 pm. I arrived at 7:45 still didn't have my order ready. Parked me in the front of the building. Multiple employees came out to deliver food to other parked cars no one knew who had what order kept asking me what I ordered and if I had a paper receipt, many of the orders were 2-3 bags of food. But my family feast meal is still MIA after I sat parked patiently waiting for 30 minutes I went inside to see what the issue was. 2 other people were waiting inside for their order and had 2 boxes of chicken. (mine was 1 box and 4 sandwiches) More people were placing orders inside and getting there orders extremely fast. I finally was able to get the MGR's attention and ask what is taking so long she says I have to drop your apple pies. Excuse me you mean to tell me that I placed my order 1.5 hours ago then you park me for 30 mins I've been standing here for 15 minutes. I was given an extra apple pie and a gallon of tea for the inconvenience. Sadly this is the 2nd time we have ordered from there. The last time I used drive thru the wait was extremely long as well.
