I waited almost an entire hour to get my order this afternoon. 1st the drive thru was moving really slow so I ordered online while sitting there so that it would maybe speed up the process. By the time my order was ready for pickup the line had not moved. About 10 minutes later I was able to get out of the drive thru line and attempt to just do curbside pickup. I called curbside and was told to " go ahead and come in, we have your order ready." I walked in to a line of 2 other people waiting to order and 2 people waiting for their orders. 1 person was placing their order at the time. Once she was done placing her order the cashier just walked away. She decided to go refill the lids at the drink area and then would look over at us in line and just walk back to the back without saying a word. I then had to wait another 20 minutes in-line inside the store before the person working the drive thru finally walked over and started to take the order of the gentleman in front of me and then finally gave me my pick-up order. All in all I spent my entire lunch hour here just trying to pick-up my food that essentially sat on their back table for about 30 minutes and was nice and cold by the time I got it. I usually love food from Schlotzsky's but I do not recommend going to this particular one. Never once did we see a manager or did the cashier explain that maybe they were shorthanded, she just continued to do whatever it was she felt she needed to do while ignoring the line of customers waiting to place orders. I placed an online order: Sm Original S Jal Chs NO Sm Genoa NO Sm Cotto NO Sm Parmesan NO Garlic Dressing ADD Chicken (extra $2 charge)
So... My sandwich should have 2 meats (ham and Chicken) it only had the chicken (which I paid extra for) and NO ham. I called the store and spoke to the Manager Deja and she said sorry for the inconvenience and that she would not charge me for the sandwich.
01-June: I noticed that the charge went through on my account, so I called Deja and she stated she was sorry and would put in for me to get a refund.
06-June: Still no refund, so I called the 800 number on my receipt and they stated they would put in an alert.
08-June: I received an email from Deja asking me to give her a call, so I did and she stated again that a refund has been requested.
16-June: I replied back to the email and stated that I still have not received my refund. NO REPLY
17-June: I called the 800 number again and Cynthia stated that leadership team would contact me within 72 hours.
29-June: I never heard from the leadership team, so I replied to the email again that the refund has still not been received. NO REPLY
01-July: I called the 800 number once again and spoke to Neasha and she said she would send yet another alert....
This has now been over a month to refund my $9.35. It is not the money that is really the issue, now it is the principle of people doing what they say they are...
Read moreI could give less honestly..but awaiting for the food to come. Upon entering we were never greeted. I had to say hello first to the girl at the front who still didn't pay no mind to me. She seemed more interested In her co-worker. Possibly they could be in a relationship..who knows. I asked for 2 number #1's and asked if we could get the jalapeño bread. She said no. With no hesitation. I replied ok...which is dumb cause I've been to plenty of these food chains and never once been told I couldn't use that bread. She then later replied we would but we don't have any other bread besides sourdough ..which is fine..but she should have mentioned that to begin with. Then she said the chips in back of you is all we have too. We then proceeded to get our drinks. Absolutely nothing besides diet and zero sugar drinks. No coke no dr. Pepper. Nothing. Instead I just got sweet tea. How are you going to give bad service.. no food items or coke products and yet still charge an arm and a leg for it.
