Do not lie Justine Deleon, im a regular customer at shipleys, i love that place, and i was there when the cashier told you, she did not received your order online and she couldnt give you a refund, cause you paid online. I was there when your husband picked up the dounts and the cashier apologized for the inconvenience and for that she added extra dounts more then what you paid for. Your husband also apologized for your actions on the phone, you were yelling and screaming and threating the cashier. Theres no reason for someone to act crazy over donuts. I wish I would of taken a picture of my ham and cheese kolache. I was so disappointed. I found out there was a Shipleys here in Corpus (I'm from Dallas) and since I've been here I haven't had a good donut or kolache. I went to Shipleys super excited and was very disappointed. I spent almost $10 getting donuts and kolaches. I started eating the donut and it was alright. I tore in half the kolache because it wasn't the warm soft, slightly crispy Shipleys kolache that I was used to, but instead it was rock hard dry, cheese was dried to side of bread ham was old looking. The donuts are good but the Kolaches are always disappointing. I have been to other shipley’s out of town and their bread is soft and fluffy and the sausage is juicy and flavorful. Every time we try to give them another chance, the koloches are hard and the sausages look over cooked, shriveled and dried out. The cheese is also very light and almost not even there. I would recommend going for the donuts and donut holes but definitely skip...
