I will never go to the subway again they have the most rude, unprofessional and uncaring manager. The other employees were all very nice, courteous and professional. When I walked in the metal door handle was all rough and jagged and it caught my sweater and pulled out some of the yarn. I actually mentioned this as soon as I walked in the door to the first lady who helped me and I explained to her about what happened to my sweater and the door and showed it to her she told me that I needed to talk with the manager. When I explained to the manager he told me he didn't have time for me he had other customers however there was only one other customer and she was still placing her order. When I asked him if he would please come and look at the door he told me there was nothing wrong with his door and again he did not have time to deal with me. I also had came in at the time with the coupon to buy one foot long and get one free and I must have dropped it when my sweater got caught on the door. I did explain it to him and he told me it didn't really matter I didn't have and there was nothing that he could do about it. Which I do understand to some point however he didn't have to be so rude to me about it. Again I will not ever go to this Subway which is pretty sad because the other employees were also nice. There was even a person walking out who said he shouldn't have talked to me that way. The good thing is there's many other subways...
Read moreWent in yesterday to order my dad some food. I walked in and no one was there. The worker was cleaning things down. I get to the order area and she doesn’t say hi or anything... continues cleaning and wiping down more things for a good 2-3 minutes. I start to order and she has me repeat my bread 3 times and acts like I’m annoying her with being there. I tell her I wanted tuna on all. She asks “what do you want on them” I said “one works, one lettuce and one lettuce tomatoes” she said “Whoa whoa what kind of sandwich” I had already told her tuna. It was so irritating. Then she asks me how many have chips? I said I’ll have one with this and one with that and she says “Go grab your chips”... so rude. She just made it seem like she didn’t wanna help me. Then at the end when I was paying her whole mood just changed. She was all nice. It was the weirdest and not happy experience. Read moreLet me preface this by saying I don’t usually write bad reviews. But the amount of neglect and care showed to my order was just so overwhelming I had to say something. I went through the drive thru and did the touch screen order. My wife’s 6” sub was okay, was correct for the most part however I did put light ranch for the order and they gave her what seemed to be extra. Whatever that’s fine, mine was completely wrong though. Had no tomatoes or onions like I asked. I asked for a normal amount of chipotle sauce, instead was given an obscene amount of not only chipotle but mayo as well! Whatever mistakes happen is what I usually tell myself. But I remember thinking to myself while waiting on my order, of why it was taking so long? No other customers at the drive thru and two cars in the parking lot. It took 10 minutes for me to get two sandwiches. One that was wrong and another that was inedible. EXTREMELY disappointing experience....
