If I could leave a half star i would've. (gonna stay positive about this) Jackie in pro audio is the best at his/her job! She was so friendly and knowledgeable about my dinosaur mixer/interface i wanted to sell. She informed me that I would need a computer made around the yr 2000 and they no longer have firewire cables or computers available for sale anywhere at all so I wouldn't be able to utilize it as an interface.(could've swore I saw firewire cables for sale there too.And I have a imac with a firewire connection) but what do I know about any of that smart stuff. I can't even read. So basically she said the mixer is all they would be able to offer any money on. She gave me a fair offer of $200 which was fine by me. When I presented her my ID she saw it was a Michigan ID and she politely informed me that TX is the only state ID they would accept and made me feel like a peon for thinking I could get away with doing that. (What was I thinking?! Oh wait I forgot you need a brain for stuff like thinking. I should've known better) I thought I could remedy the situation by letting my friend show his TX ID on muy behalf but I had already insulted her and her coworkers superior intelligence when I showed her my Michigan ID spo they said they couldn't help us. Atleast she was quick about the whole process she only had me waiting about an hr with no customers ahead of me. Jackie's great customer service skills and hatred for peons like me with a Michigan ID show that she cares about her job. Guitar Center is lucky to have her. She deserves a promotion for her professionalism. And I need to quit life. 😂😂😂😂😂 Way to go Jackie...

As a former drummer and the occasional guitarist (when work and family duties aren't taking all of my time) I still enjoy playing. Guitar Center in Corpus Christi, Texas is always awesome. They have some amazing deals on just about any instrument you can think of. The eployees and always down to help you find anything your looking for and they always have tons of knowledge on the what your looking for. I mean we all gotta start somewhere, because we all know you don't just pick up a instrument and know what to do with it. These guys will always be there to help you and answer any questions you might have. And on top of that I just found out that they're doing guitar lessons in the store now. Read moreSo I ordered a Violin back in the middle of January and was told that the Violin would be in By Valentines day. Went in to pick up this Violin that should have been in as a Bday and Valentines gift, yet no one, not even the email services they provide to send you updates on your order told me the Violin was delayed. I wasn't told of a delay till the day of its arrival, then told it would be coming in towards the end of February by their customer service number. Came in again, and told that their system showed the middle of March. When March came roughly 3 days before the order would have been here, I receive an email saying the order got canceled with No warning. No phone call, No heads up. I would recommend to not order anything because they do NOT know how to tell You about delays on orders nor do they tell you how certain quotas have to be met before the order for your product can be ordered.
