Tacos Guzman — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

We were looking for some good street tacos and we found them! It did take about 30ish min if to get our food but it was packed when we got there, always a good sign, you lookin for fast food, there’s a McDonald’s down the street. Food is worth the wait! Make sure you grab a Mexican Coke with your meal or you’re missing out!! The guys working the truck were friendly and they had pagers for orders so no waiting outside for your name to be called. I’ve had their food about 10 times. All late night and all random times. I’ve had just about everything on their menu and everything they have is absolutely amazing. I’m from the valley and im use to food from Mexico since my family is from there. I have yet to find anything in Corpus Christi that reminds me of home and this literally feels like it’s out of my grandmas kitchen. The family that owns this business is the sweetest too. This food truck on North Port Avenue is really good!!! Just approaching you smell that delicious asada aroma. They have a couple of tables for you to sit if you want to eat there. The food is as delicious as it smells. I had the mini tacos with birria and my husband had the Guzman plate. This area is quiet and in the evening with little traffic.
