I ordered Chicken Kahdai. Which is not supposed to be soupy according to a customer who was in the restaurant when I was trying to order. I asked her the difference between Andah, masala and Khadai....she said the Khadai is cooked wok style....with little or no sauce. Well, I didn't get that. I got this! see the photo. I ordered 2 of these because I thought my husband and friend would like it.....what a disaster & disappointment. Plus I did try the onion Dosa, and the Masala dosa. They were ok. I will have to try the other Indian restaurants before I make up my mind, on what to think about Indian food. I am going to check out Sufi Kabob and Persis Indian Grill. I understand there may be a difference between Sufi & Persis. I just had such a craving for something Indian because of the food experience I had in Ohio with Indian food. She was really kind and recommended some plates and we ordered goat curry, butter chicken and chiken byriani. Everything was delicious! The food was absolutely wholesome and bursting with authentic Indian flavors. every dish was perfectly cooked and served fresh. The staff were so friendly, attentive, and made us feel really comfortable throughout. We all loved the ambiance and the service.
