Super friendly & personable service to make you feel like a valued customer. Excellent attention to detail during food preparation. The quesitacos are loaded with birria & cheese, though the flavor & texture gets monotonous after a few bites, even after adding the accoutrements. The sopes on the other hand have very complex flavor & texture with the hot & beefy birria, soft corn cake, tangy pickled onions, cool sour cream, & herbaceous cilantro & oregano. The consommé has great intensity. Both green & red salsas add heat & flavor. No seating so either sweat it out, eat in the car, come after sunset, or take it home. Make sure you have napkins. Great food tacos were killer super pleased an full my only complaint is I asked for onions on the side an they already have onions an cilantro mixed togeather but that's not really my complaint I think the soda prices are to high 4$ for bottle an 2$ for can ...I know things are more expensive now adays but that's lil steep it's usually 3-3.50$ for bottles an 1-1.50$ for cans at places . Not that big of deal if it's one person but for my whole family I gotta grab drinks somewhere else. Great experience! They don’t have a huge menu. . . but they’ve got enough exceptional offerings that I struggled to make a decision for a reasonable order. My experience with birria leads me to believe that consume is king. If the consume is great, the birria is great. And the consume is great.

I’m a sucker for sopes, so I also tried the birria sopes. . . just wonderful. The salsas are tasty, but I would have liked a bit more spice. I’ll ask next time. They may have been trying to protect me. Mi piel es güero, pero mi panza es pura mexicana. How could they know?
