Wendy's — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

On Tuesday, March 26th I pulled up to the drive-thru and ordered the $4 for $4 with no pickles and a small lemonade for my son. I noticed the price was a bit higher than what I expected for that meal and I noticed it was over $6 on the screen. As I proceeded to the first window I asked the cashier what the total was and he stated $4.80, which makes sense. I originally gave him $20 then switched and provided a $10 of which he provided change that was less than what it should have been. When I asked him about the change he proceeded to tell me the cost was over $6, so at this point I was confused and mentioned him telling me the total was $4.80. He then denied telling me this and tried to break down the total, which I did not care about.

I proceeded to the 2nd window because I didn’t feel he knew what he was talking about. When I asked the lady at the second window about the order, she advised me the young lady who took the order up charged me for the drink. I proceeded to tell her I did not request this and while looking through my order they still included pickles, which I requested them not to during my initial order.

Staff at this location need additional training on attentiveness and listening skills, so customers get the correct order and pay the correct amount. This same mistake at this location has occurred on more than...

I just got Wendy's and was not happy with my meal at all, they didn't offer drink carriers for my 6 beverages, the sprite was flat, the fries were either old or cooked in old oil and my chicken patty for my sandwich was really gross, dark, nasty and dry/ stringy on the inside drenched in old oil on the outside the frostys were off as well somehow like that about to go bad dairy taste, usually this Wendy's is our go to but this was sad basically threw away half the food i got. Food was out quick but I would have rather waited for 30 min and got fresh food than this nasty meal. I dont even want a refund I think ill just go to another Wendy's next time. In the photo this is a regular classic chicken which is usually way lighter colored not the spicy. My gf got a baconator and the patties were old and dry like they were prepared way before we got there. Usually not a complainer but this was just gross and im worried that old frying oil will make...

Love and hate relationship with this place. The lady in the window was really nice. Employees there -usually- are.

This time, a person (unsure of pronouns) with short blue hair was very rude. Audibly talking with frustration about their job and then when facing an issue with our card, they came outside to tell us about it in a really annoyed tone. Ran the card again, worked fine, had the original employee bring the food to us.

I get that working at a fast food place isn’t ideal—but the customers aren’t the ones who hired you nor told you to get the job. You don’t even have to be nice—just be decent. They saw us for all of 5 minutes of their life and made a terrible impression. Love Wendy’s, but they definitely have to screen their employees better.

Anyway, the fries were horrible, but the nuggets...
