Well I use to work here recently! And we are required to take orders and read the back to ensure that we have made the proper and correct orders. One day a costumer comes in mind you Iâm in training and I take her order and I read it back to her all is well no problems. Well food goes out and she tells them itâs the wrong order well I get called back and Iâm a hostile like manner the shift lead tells me if I do it again Iâm fired! I try to tell her my side she blows me off and tells me again but more aggressive like do it again Iâm fired and I told her I am going home cuz by this point I saw the conversation going no where goo she tells me to clock out, I do. I go out back to call my ride and I hear her come out on the phone with a lady GM Monica and she proceeds to tell her I threatened and go hostile with her so I walk back in and lay down my gear and say I quit!!! Iâd also like to point out that for the last few inspections that have been done Farmington has informed Monica of days the inspector is going to come allowing them to prepare for it witch is highly against policy and procedures and not to mention store rules.! Iâm not the first person to incounter these types of issues with the current crew working here in fact I had my uncle call in and request the owners number to confront these problems and was told they where not allowed to give out info and asked what it was about witch actually if anyone calls in requesting this info they are required to give this info I found out and arenât allowed to ask what the problem is if itâs directed at the store itâs self. Iâm not happy with this business nor is serveral others I know and I feel something needs to be done or these reviews will continue to appear from more sources other then myself. Again this is not the first time with this current GM Monica and her management t am that this has come up or brought to the owners attention and over looked. But it will be the last time or Iâll find other ways lawfully to handle this situation and as will others who have had similar issues and...
   Read moreNormally the service is good. Tonight not the case. We were anxious to try the new Waygu burger. Decided to dine in. Well that was not a good idea. When we walked in at 8:15 pm there was a family of 5 behind us. As they came in the young man working came behind us and said you are welcome to come in but we are short staffed so Iâm locking the door. Ok kind of strange. Then as we ordered we were informed they were out of tomatoes and pickles for the burgers. It was very cold in the dining room so we decided to get our meal to go. When we were given our food we could not leave as the door was still locked. When I asked the girl working if someone could unlock the door she was very snippy and said âyou are just going to have to wait a few minutes there are only 3 of us working. There were actually 4 of them there. Then we were ignored as we stood there with our food getting cold. Finally the guy that locked the door came around but did not acknowledge us. My Father-in-law was getting very agitated and said does anyone have the key. The guy said oh yeah. Mind you it was the 3 of us and the family of 5. No one at the drive...
   Read moreI can't believe the experience I had. I went to Arbys for lunch. When I get to the register I am told that IT is working on the register and it could not be used until they were done. IN THE MIDDLE OF LUNCH HOUR! The kid that was at the register would not use the drive through register to take my order but rather told me to go through drive through...I didn't want to do that as the line was long and slow moving. I sent corporate an email and what I received back was a very generic "copy and paste" response apologizing for the bad experience. There was no offer or plans to make it right. I did not expect free anything, but I did expect an attempt to make it right. Not just âsorry we shared this with the local leadership and have a good dayâ Don't think I will do business with this...
