Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Cortez

I made an order on door dash, placed it sent the money and waited for it to be delivered. My delivery driver was great she was polite and on time. However I did not receive everything in my order. Everything except a burger for a meal. When I called the dasher she said to call Sonic and report it. So I did, the phone rang for a good two minutes till a female answered. When she did I let her know how I ordered and what I was missing she stated I needed to let Doordash know. So I notified Doordash. I don't believe this would have been Doordash's fault when obviously it is Sonic completing the order not doordash as they are the delivery system. When a coworker went to Sonic to get the order completed the lady at the window was going to replace the burger until the manager rudely interrupted and said I told her to call Doordash. I would highly recommend not doing Doordash with sonic. Customer service with Sonic seems to be pretty...

If I could leave a zero stars, I would. Slowest poorest service I have ever received, and more than once. Every time. My daughter is celiac. Asked for a hot dog without a bun. Received it with a bun. Sent it back because her food cannot touch the bread at all. Came back with pieces of the bun stuck to it. Literally just took it out of the bun, stuck it back in, and sent it back to us. Asked for a pretzel with no salt. They must have forgot a salted it. Received my pretzel with visible spots all over it from where the salt had been, and salt still in the crevices of the twist. Disgusting and lazy people!! Pretty sure they need an entire employee reboot, apparently including the management that is letting...

Sunday 5/30/21 I ordered a large tator tots I waited 20 minutes for them and they were cold. Today 6/03/21 My daughter went to get us some food. She was told by the girl taking the order that they were not allowed to make the food I wanted. My daughter tried to get me a footlong but they brought out a regular size hot dog. When she got back she had ordered herself popcorn chicken with a large tots and her tots were only half full and all the food was cold. We live less than 5 minutes from Sonic why was our food cold?

Update: 08/12/21. Much better. Service was friendly as always but this time my food was still hot when I got home. None if it was over cooked and I completely enjoyed...
