Food: Never got it. Atmosphere clean /new great (posted dining room guy does great work !) Service: Reg. Operator very good ! Manager(s) on duty. Zero customer service ability, awareness. Let alone sense of IMPORTANCE ! About 20 minutes and still hadn't received my red beans and rice (which are already portioned in a heated passout) and my chicken sandwich which should take no more than 5 minutes if made fresh. I got my own drink Crew was in the weeds despite it being late lunch and not really busy. The crew needed help as they're new (although open for biz10 days or so). The crew leaders, or managers (yes 2) the reg operator went to find ...to void my meal said nothing to me, merely swiped her card and created the void, then telling me to put my debit card in to refund my transaction (I'm trusting). I said "your not ready to be open". I was ignored, so I said "you should be helping the crew (satisfying customers) instead of being in the office". To that I got a snarky reply back .. "We have things we're dealing with back there." My response "I guess that's important too, although customers are what will keep the doors open. You're not ready to be open," That's when someone on the line chimed in with something like "the first crew all quit". Me: "I'm not surprised". Large crew had their head down working hard, just not trained enough to work smart and as a team. Sadly, the shift leaders (managers ?) were the weakest link. Some guy in dressier clothing with a laptop in the dining room (supervisor, DM, owner ?) came from the back of the house to the restroom, then to the dining room and seemed equally unaware of the fair number of diners ( 7 or 8 tables of 2-4) waiting on their food. Waiting for their name to be called. Looking hungry and helpless. Many, if not most had ordered before me. Which is why I just asked for my money back. It's going to be awhile, if ever that I'll be trying this...
   Read moreWOW! So totally disappointed in this place right now! Down right passed! The close their dining room at 9:00pm and the business at 10pm since the drive thru is open until 10:00 pm. It is 9:45 Thursday night December 7 door's locked and the kid inside sweeping comes to the door informs me they close dining room at 9 o'clock. It's not nine dude. He looks at his watch and says yah we close 15 minutes to 9 so we can clean! WTH is that about? To begin with you people have no customers EVER.... because you have nobody that can operate the joint smooth or efficiently. Since you opened for business a few months back, the place is empty every night. How do I know, I'm there. No business no joke. You think you need to shut the doors 15 mind early to sweep? Here's an ideađ€ you don't close until 10 another hour and 15 mins. Clean then. I'm in the parking lot texting this review par example no customer. Not a single one has come thru here. In 20 minutes you turned away a frequent patron by closing before the time posted on your door ....to sweepđ€š the only customer!!! I've stuck by this place while every one in town wrote you off. You turn me away to sweepđ„ž Now you've ticked me off to the point of ANYBODY BUT....Popeyes! No macaroni, no butter, no tea no chicken I dealt with numerous times since you opened.    Read moreFirst visit was not pleasant, the cashier had aggressively grabbed box of food after we checked it to make sure everything was there(items were missing)-wait time was to be expected since the store is new. Second visit was last night around 6:30, there was a line in drive through...I was the 9th vehicle. I was in line for 12 min and there was only one vehicle move, so i decided to go inside and order. Several associates were eating on the line and the cashier was unable to take my order or greet me because he was finishing what was in his mouth. As i waited for him to finish eating, i observed several others eating and no sense of urgency to get any of the orders out of the drive thru. Several workers were just standing around. I placed my order from the app, cashier did not know how to apply deal from the app and had to go retrieve the manager from her office to assist with using the app. I understand that this store is very new and there are kinks to work out, management needs be out on the floor with employees to make sure the flow runs smoothly and FRESH food is given to...
