If I could give zero stars I would. I was doordashing around 9:20 pm and got an order for McDonaldâs accepted and then went through the drive through for the order. The lady working said go around and park in the front by the lobby and Iâll have someone bring it out for you. Which they never did despite waiting for them and having the phone against the window. Anyway we called support to have them call them and give us the order. They did not answer and another agent called and still no answer. We decided we waited long enough and went through the drive thru and told them if they did not have the order they should have just said so we didnât waste our time. The manager sent her worker to tell us the order is ready after 35 mins and i said can you send your manager over here to tell us, why the order was not sent out in the first place outside for us to delivery. The manager Julie said âyou can read my name tag front here hunâ when I asked her name which I said I canât see that far. Anyway she continued to say âhours are different next time call the storeâ which I replied I contacted support since Iâm just a driver and they called twice two different agents. Then she said â donât come here for DoorDash then itâs just that simply.â Which I replied if you canât get a grip on whatâs going on then cancel the order or just tell the next driver you donât have it, so we donât waste our time, can I have the workers name and your card so I can call corporate because I have never experienced anyone so rude like your staff.â Which is said âno, we donât have cards look it up on google.â DO NOT DoorDash here and if you have had problems please call their corporate office so this donât happen to other customers or door dashers because itâs honestly just rude and fast food is literally customer service. Customer service is hard and this manager Julia was one of the worst managers I have ever met including her staff expect the drive thru order taker. The two staffers covered their name tags when I asked their names and the other things Julia said...
Read moreGreat service depending on manager on duty, and what times you go! If you go though the drive up you will get fast, hot food, and we rarely have problems with our order. I did go the other day and went inside, but unfortunately my kids meal was missing both of it's sides and dipping sauce, my food was made incorrectly I ordered a hot and spicy with cheese and tomato, and was missing my tomatoes. I politely took it back up to the register and the manager rang up the food to be remade, when the girl brought it to me the second time she asked me to check it and walked off, this time I was just given to regular sandwich with no cheese or tomato, and the manager on duty was upset and asked for the food a third time. They couldn't take back the food so I had a 4 extra sandwiches to take home, which I'm sure ends up costing the business money! Best advice: Keep it simple and you will be good. It is McDonald's. The environment inside was clean and the people were attentive. There was no sweet tea in the lobby so you had to go to the register to ask for it, and the staff acted bothered. Also be careful in the drive up, there is two different lanes available and I'm not sure how they choose how to take orders. I waited behind a vehicle once and they were not taking orders in the first lane at all. The second lane had probably 7 people go through and the guy in front of me was starring at the speaker forever. I finally called them and they said they would see what the problem was, after that they began taking the guys order on front of me. I'm guessing someone forgot they needed to take the other...
Read moreThese employees are unprofessional. God knows the management is probably just as "wonderful". We have to wait in line, just to give them a Door dash order number, because they won't start making the food until then. That's not how a pick up order is supposed to work...and they're perfectly fine with this practice. It's ridiculous. Because of this, overall ratings go down for dashers, also running risk of having an order canceled and wasting time, gas, and money. We get paid by order, not by the hour, like these "We deserve $15 an hour but can't even make an order correctly" food industry employees get themselves.
As for the service and attitude of the employees...p* poor. Asking the name of the gentleman with the headset was a problem, because the girl at the window "didn't know it", making it impossible for us to report the specific person to management or corporate. Being told "Go 'head" before giving an order, with no introduction, no "welcome", no "hello", was the most unprofessional and uninviting way of acknowledging us as customers.
I'm not sure how to end this, except to say I will NEVER go back to this McDonald's again. It's a nightmare. Zero stars...
