Went and got food Friday night (the 5th) got there just in time since there was only one car in front of us giving their order and the line behind us quickly grew pretty long. We ended up going straight from the take out window to parking in the parking lot since the order we got wasn’t ours. The young girl with the cutest accent was really nice about it and I’m assuming she went back to talk to someone about us not getting our order when a manager/assistant manager (he was just wearing a different shirt -grey- than the rest of them) came out and was clearly panicked and overwhelmed said it would be a minute because the line went back to the street and then disappeared into the kitchen. That’s all he said, no instructions as to what I can do or what the girl should do as in offer me a refund or have me wait until they were able to get me my order which I would’ve been totally okay doing. The girl told me I could keep the order I received and said sorry, seemed kinda lost on what to do next so I told her it wasn’t a big deal and thanks again and went out to my car and by then the line had decreased big time. Wasn’t long before the same girl came out to my car and had brought us our correct order she apologized again and told us to have a good night.
I normally don’t write reviews and I’m not annoyed that I received the wrong order, it happens I get it. More upset at the fact that the management couldn’t keep their cool and direct his fellow employees. I’ve worked food service and it’s so important that management keep it together and help everyone through rush hours, there’s nothing worse than working and having a big rush while your manager is freaking out and not helping at all.
Props to everyone that night that totally kept their cool and handled things professionally! The manager should take note for the next time so he doesn’t handle things...
Read moreNot even worth one star this time!! This is about the 3rd time I've come here with a crappy experience but I'm one to give one the benefit of the doubt, especially when it's because your "short staffed".
However, tonight was ridiculous. I placed a app order and show up to the lobby and "suprise suprise" the lobby is closed due to "short staffing". I went through the drive tru and I observed an employee outside vaping for 10 min in his kitchen gloves. My child eventually went up to him and asked him to bring our food out. I ended up being stuck in that ridiculous drive thru for 20 min because I got blocked in. It ended up being a good thing because I got no sause I asked for or forks for our food. Once we FINALLY were able to eat our food after the 30 minutes it took, all the tortillas we got were hard as rocks, the hard tacos had no meat, just lettuce and cheese.
You guys should just do yourselves and everyone else a favor and shut...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars I would. The "manager" at the drive thru window was extremely rude.. she tried charging me $15 for two beef chalupas with extra lettuce and cheese. When asked why so much she told us because of the extra lettuce and cheese. We told her that we did not want the extra lettuce and cheese, she got upset and slammed the window. She came back minutes later, handed us or bag and said "here". They literally grabbed the "extra" lettuce and cheese off of the chalupas and gave them back. Our food was not edible and had zero cheese and a few pieces of lettuce. We too pics of them. When my wife called the store and asked for the corporate office phone number she refused to give it to her. My wife then asked for her name and she mumbled something.
