Starbucks — Restaurant in Cortez

Stood in line with 6 other people for 15 minutes while they waited for a manager in City Market to come complete an order void that took 5 seconds to finish. One female employee made jokes about how long the line was, but did nothing to fix the issue. Half of the menu board was covered with "Out of Stock" or "Out of Product" notes. There was also loaf or bread products on display, but none in stock without a notes to advise customers. This Starbucks apparently has customer service and product supply issues, judging from experience and other customer reviews. For the only Starbucks in the city, you would expect much better service, but I guess Corporate and Managers don't really care. I recommend anyone wanting coffee, just go to McDonalds. Was visiting from out of town and came here twice. This was the only nearby Starbucks. The person that took our order was John (with pink hair) and Jeremy made our drinks. I was a little concerned due to the reviews, but everyone was totally friendly and we all received great service. I would even say this is one of the best Starbucks I've been to (and I've been to MANY and previously worked at Starbucks myself). They were out of a lot of things but that's not their fault. This place is usually a good place to go. Most of the baristas are really kind and helpful. I particularly enjoy interacting with Jeremy, Kevin, and Hailey. However, Nick has some attitude issues or something. Every time I go in he is extremely rude, short, and overall just unpleasant. Today he was yelling at the other baristas and didn’t even mix my drink. I understand it was busy and stressful, but I don’t feel this is grounds to treat other baristas badly and not make drinks correctly.
