I’m not sure if he’s actually a manager or not but if he is, I’m not sure why a place would want to keep someone like him. Did a mobile order, picked it up, and got home to a missing item, a messed up burger, and a nugget that was shorted. Figured I would just go back and ask them to remake it because nobody likes cold food. I was greeted by Daniel. I told him my issue and asked if they could remake my order for me so I could get my he problems corrected and have a warm meal. I was immediately met with attitude and hostility. He basically called me a liar claiming he was the one who packed my order. In search of my receipt which he couldn’t find, he found one with the same first name but the wrong last name. I’m assuming this was the order he was referring to when he insinuated I was lying to him about the issue with my order. I had tried showing him my phone receipt the entire time but he was too busy not listening to me and becoming increasingly more hostile towards me and my husband. When he finally looked at my phone he simply just told me he couldn’t give me a refund without a receipt. I told him I didn’t ask for a refund, I just wanted my food remade. After more back and forth about how all I want is my food remade he finally took down the order on a sticky note and put it in for remake. He refused to give us his name, only telling us he was the manager that night. The remade food came out quickly and the employee who gave it to us was kind. He was able to provide the guy’s name, Daniel. I sincerely hope Daniel can take a look at how he is treating customers and change because I was never rude to him, yet he treated us like garbage requesting the impossible for him. I don’t know why they would want to keep someone like that around because the way he acted, I’m sure he has treated other customers like that before too. Read moreI went there yesterday later at night and had ordered some of their saucy chicken nuggets, when we pulled up to the window the worker at it told us they were being made fresh and asked if it was okay if we waited FOUR MINUTES. We said yes, and pulled. Mind you, we were the ONLY customers there. 10 minutes later, we’re still the only customer and nobody had brought my food. I get out of the car in attempt to go inside and see what’s taking so long considering we were told it’d be a FOUR minute wait, all the doors are locked. I tell my mom to pull up to the window again, but now there are two ppl there. Finally after 15 minutes, a girl worker practically tosses the food in the car. They’re not fresh, they’re not even WARM. I’m here visiting family and I don’t have a Wendy’s where I live. I was looking forward to this and am disappointed. The workers are lazy, and I feel as though they forgot we were even there until somebody else pulled up. This was not an issue when I still lived here. Her order is ALWAYS wrong despite all of the positive reviews this restaurant seems to have. Today she ordered a bacon cheese baked potato with extra cheese. When opened it was a baked potato with a few pieces of shredded cheese. No liquid cheese at all. So took it back. They just took the potato I brought back (which was already cold) and sprinkled more shredded cheese and some bacon pieces and handed it back. Didn't remake it or anything. Then girlfriend goes to look at he food finally and her nuggets only had 2 nuggets in it. Since when do they sell 2 piece nuggets? Horrible service. Next time I will be in.
