Friday around 4pm. Not crowded but steady flow of customers for take out and delivery. Large menu of pizza, pasta, subs and such. Ordered a half white/half regular. Thin crust was ready in about 10 min. No table service; place your order, serve and bus yourself. Regular pizza was good. A bit salty for my taste. White was very spicey; peppers chopped very fine. Heavy on the garlic. Overall average pizza. Kudos for friendly prompt service. UPDATE Nov 22, Meatball and Eggplant Parm subs for lunch. Outstanding. UPDATE: May 2024: A busy Sunday so we stopped on the way home to order and pickup dinner. A steady flow of people, mostly picking up phone orders. 6-7 people behind the counter. We ordered egg plant parm and manicotti were told it would be 30 min. 55 min later we are told the order was ready. Lots of apologies for the delay. We got it home to find the manicotti cold and undercooked. Once cooked we ate a late supper and wondered what happened. The pizza builder was busy the whole time. The girl making all other meals just couldn't give a good idea when food would be ready and couldn't understand why promising 30 min and delivering at 55 would be a problem. Brothers gave themselves a black eye and lost some stars tonight.

Excellent Pizza and Stromboli’s. They have other Italian entres as well but haven’t tried them yet. The bread/crust is delicious! Perfectly cooked and flavorful. The ambiance here is also special. Feels like little Italy in NYC! Check it out

Amazing Italian and meatball subs at this place. Fresh bread and ingredients with so much taste! Skip the chains and go to this place for an amazing sandwich. Bring cash as they don't take debit cards. Try one of these subs, today!

It took me a couple of days to post this because we've been patronizing this business for over 30 years. But, lately the staff hasn't been very nice and pretty much rude. I tip very well every single time. I usually spend about $60 or more on just a couple of people. And with tip it's usually about $80 or so for a pizza and a couple subs! It is what it is. We still continue to support our local eateries. But, a couple days ago was the last straw with brothers in cortland. The girl who answered the call was already pissed when she greeted me. I will say that it was getting close to closing time. But not closing time. All I wanted to order was a salad. Nothing else. Just a salad. But, she never even gave me the opportunity to just say, "all I want is a salad" she was really rude and disrespectful to a customer that's literally spent thousands over 30+ years of pizzas, subs and dinners. This particular employee has moved us from ever ordering again from Brothers in cortland. We've since have been ordering all of our pizza, salads and dinners from the Buena Vista in Warren. I will say the customer service is outstanding and the food is always amazing. Thank you brothers for moving us to...

Found this place a couple months a go and have had their NY Style Pizza, Strombolis and Subs. All were amazing. Recently I tried the BBQ Pulled Pork and Brisket Dinner with the Mac and Cheese side. The Mac and Cheese was yummy, cheesy and good. However, the star of the show never showed up. What I mean is that the BBQ Pulled Pork and Brisket was very dry and not tasty. The Smoky BBQ Sause and Original BBQ were both too Spicy for me and caused discomfort in my mout. I will go back just not going to order that agin. If you plan on orderign anything with BBQ suce from them I would have a sample of it first to see if it is for you. The Brisket and Pulled Pork...
