Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Corydon

Honestly, I grew out of dominos some years ago. After relocating to the area it took me a year to order from here after a negative experience at papa johns across the street. What can I say? In a time of understaffed business and labor shortages post pandemic it seems like there's been a steady decline of passion for work and service...this location changed everything for me. The first time i ordered from this store I was reluctant but took a leap on a pan pizza. Cooked to perfection, quick and timely service and walked into something I haven't seen in years.... A fully staffed kitchen of workers communicating efficiently and cohesively. To see these guys in peak hours is truly a marvel to observe...a well oiled machine. Or buttered lol. This store has been hands down the most consistent customer service I've seen in a food establishment in recent years. The genuine smiles and helpfulness encouraged me to go back to see if it was a fluke....to my surprise met and surpassed my expectations. I'm a bit of a pessimist. I had one experience in now what I think must be multiple dozens of visits where my pan pizza was made with the wrong crust type. The sincerity in apology and catching the order before it went out went above and beyond what I could've asked for and i had no problems waiting a couple minutes. I've grown to really enjoy going in for pickups as the positive and genuine interactions have made it a true pleasure to return each time. Something about warmth and authenticity here made me a dominos guy after many years of reluctance. This is the store. Couldn't ask for better employees and management. Thanks guys. I appreciate you all....

Update: Customer Care contacted me and said they are taking care of the issue at this facility and will recompense my family. We went to Domino's in Corydon, IN. Everything was fine until we pulled a couple of hairs out of one of the cheese pizzas. Since there was a guarantee on the box - and common knowledge says hair isn't a pizza ingredient - we took it back into the store uneaten, in the original packaging, and with the receipt and asked for an exchange or refund. The server, who I'm guessing was also the manager, said "I don't care. I'm not refunding or remaking it." He also said that he didn't see any hairs (of course not, we'd pulled them off in disgust), but it didn't matter anyway because their store isn't a participant in the satisfaction guarantee. Good to know. My Mom was talking to him - he said "I don't know who you are; I've never seen you before". I said, "I ordered the pizzas, do you know who I am?" No response. So I asked, "Are you calling us liars?" No response. He just repeated "I don't care. I'm not refunding or remaking it." Since we were getting nowhere and becoming angry we left the store and the pizza. Thanks for not caring Domino's, you made my day. I hope others have a better experience. I'm not...
