I recently had takeout at this Chinese restaurant, and my experience left much to be desired. If you're expecting a menu with 2-3 entrees that come as a set, this is not the place for you. Everything here is separate – sides, entrees, drinks, you name it. While I appreciate variety, the issue arises when the pricing doesn't align with the quality offered. I opted for the Orange Chicken and the House Special Beef, which supposedly boasts Angus Beef. However, I have serious doubts about the authenticity of the Angus Beef claim. In fact, I was so disappointed that I took the step of submitting a complaint to the BBB, suspecting that several advertised aspects of this place might not be accurate. Regrettably, I have to be honest about my experience – the price point does not justify the quality of the food. In comparison, a visit to Panda Express would likely provide better value for your money. Despite the convenience of a quick turnaround on a Tuesday night, where my food was prepared within 10 minutes, this was the only positive aspect of my visit. It's disheartening to share a negative review, but I believe in transparency and providing honest feedback. In conclusion, if you're seeking a Chinese restaurant that delivers on both quality and value, you might want to explore other options. My experience, unfortunately, did not live up to the expectations. While it may seem harsh to put them on blast, my intention is to share my genuine encounter and help others make informed choices when choosing where to dine.

First of all the hours are wrong. Even though Google maps shows it’s closed they’re wrong. The restaurant should change it on Google Maps if they care about getting more customers. The people who are writing bad reviews are probably high or something or maybe just Karens. I first tried Big Chopsticks by my house in Placenta and they are always good. Today I got the steamed rice and Orange Chicken. Both were very good. The girl behind the counter wasn’t too enthusiastic but as long as the food is good WHO cares. Service was fast, within 10 minutes. Food was nice and hot. The food is made when you order. It’s not like a typical Chinese Fast Food where the food is kept hot under glass.

Don’t waste your time or money. Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had plus terrible customer service. Decided to try Big Chopsticks for lunch after receiving a flyer in the mail. So disappointed. Orange chicken is soggy, rice is dry, and the Thai tea that was supposed to have Boba has jelly and a tiny straw that you can’t drink it through. They don’t allow any substitutions for the lunch special, so your only option is hot and sour soup which is only so-so. Definitely will not return. Their only saving grace was a decent egg roll.

“The young man shouted at me and other customers twice, simply because we wanted to pay in cash while looking up items on the machine. The first time he yelled, we calmly explained that we were searching for the items ourselves, but just five seconds later, he shouted again, frustrated that we hadn’t walked over to his stand as he had instructed. As soon as he raised his voice at us again, we left in anger and frustration. Meanwhile, he sat there, absorbed in his phone, showing complete indifference to us. His unprofessional and disrespectful behavior was unacceptable. Wearing glasses and with a lack of any welcoming attitude, he gave a very poor impression. Such conduct is not suitable for a customer service role, and I firmly believe he should be dismissed immediately. I am a regular customer here, but after this experience, I will not...

I recently dined at Big Chopsticks Chinese Restaurant and I have to say that my experience was just okay. I ordered the Mongolian beef, and while the beef itself was tender and flavorful, I was disappointed with the sauce. It lacked the depth of flavor that I was hoping for and left much to be desired.

On a positive note, I also tried the chow mein and found it to be quite tasty. The noodles were cooked just right and the overall seasoning was good.

Overall, I would say that Big Chopsticks Chinese Restaurant is a decent choice for a quick meal, but I wouldn't say it's the best Chinese food I've ever had. If you're in the mood for something simple and satisfying, then give it a try.

Also note, do not order through door dash as they have a significant upcharge and the restaurant has its own delivery, so...
