This location has terrible customer service. Older gentleman that works there week nights should take a class or find a new job. He's always grumpy, acting like you're wasting his time. Tonight the drive through closed in my face for the second time! The car in front of me ordered, then they shut all the lights off right in front of me. I thought it was a joke but nope. Pollo loco has a very great 👍 variety of food 😋 and healthy. I visit many restaurants but this particular place is very unmanaged the store manager needs to find out what is going on with the cooks..specially because you guys cooking raw chicken 🐔 i visit this place like 20 times they forget to put my tortillas, and salsa. In my order my chicken was burn 🔥 out side and inside was raw.🤨😡 I take i bite i feel like vomiting. Was bloody 😳 😕 I hope 🙏 the supervisor came and check this problems anyone can die. This is very important i hope 🙏 this restaurant put more attention in this matter. This is very important. I call the restaurant to bring the chicken back the person that unser start urging with me. I eat here often since my friend is such a big fan of Pollo loco. So today I decided to try something different other than sticking to my regular order. So I tried the new cotija wings... 🤢 nope! Very disappointed. Couldnt eat it. l was upset and still hungry. After a few hrs passed, it was still bothering me why didnt I just go back? I called and asked for the manager on duty & was greated by the manager himself. He was so polite, very nice and helpful. Asked me to come in and took my order so it was ready when I walked in. No questions or attitude. I was so happy. I dont remember his name but he was working friday Feb. 21st around 7:20pm hopefully he reads this. I thank you for your great service.
