Niko Niko Sushi — Restaurant in Costa Mesa

This place is UH-MAZE-ING. I have been coming here for ten years now & is my favorite sushi chain(tied with Maki Yaki). You HAVE to go to this location, not the one on Bristol (they are rude there and don't debone their fish efficiently enough to my liking). I have never had a problem with this location. My food is always delicious, no matter what I get. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the consistency of their dishes over the years. I would literally cry if this place shut down. Try the hungry roll, it's amazing. And you can even bring your vegan friends for the idaho roll(it's sweet potatoes). My mom doesn't even like fish but loves their chicken teriyaki plate and udon. They have options for everyone and its a great place to grab a quick bite(the service is excellent & the bring your food out fast!). Niko Niko Harbor Blvd, ordered 2 Hungry roll and Snowcone roll a few weeks ago with brow rice a very nice lady apologized ad said next time you come in we will give you a credit. I called today to order 2 rolls I talked to the lady the only one working and she stated no credit then stated she saw the credit and then she hung up on me. I called over ad over again and she blocked my number I went in and tried to order and she refused to take my order and called security this lady needs to be fired she is crazy something is off with her. First time customer. I placed an order for take out over the phone on my lunch. They said it will be ready in 10 minutes. So I drive there and the lady says there is no order under that name. I show them on my phone that I had called 10 minutes ago. Then they realized my order was never written down or placed. They ask me to wait another ten minutes, I agreed (mistakes happen) I pay then leave and when I come to work I see that my order was wrong. This first time experience really discourages me to come back again. I orded California rolls and got sashimi instead. I find raw fish really gross so i just threw that away.
