I really enjoy their chicken; it is some of the best. However, their service is a 0, some of the worst i've experienced in a while. The real sad part is that it came from the management team. First, I walked up to the pickup counter with one lady standing to the side ( Customer) and a young man standing back. I'm assuming he was waiting on his order. I waited for a minute or two and there were two ladies working behind the counter with their backs to the customer counter. I said hi and the one with the back button-up shirt was like how can I help you. I told her I was picking up an order and gave her my name. She found it, and when I asked her not to seal the bag until I checked and see if my order was cooked correctly, she seemed to have copped an attitude and said I would not touch the containers that I'd just paid for. I requested my food be cooked well done, so why does she have a problem with me making sure it was prepared like I requested? I then requested an extra salad dressing, and she was rude about that, letting me know it would be an additional charge. (OK) I'm not surprised with the way the interaction is going. As she was taking my money for the extra dressing, the lady that was standing there just inquired about her order, and she received a response, I will let you know when it's ready. Sometimes, it's not what you say but how you say it. I didn't get her name, but once I walked out the door, I called to ask who the general manager was, and I was told Alex. I asked if I could speak with him, and sure, no problem. I was placed on hold each time for two or three minutes. Three different times. Yes, I would hang up and call back. It wasn't until the third time when I told them I was going to Yelp them and call corporate, that he finally came to the phone. When he finally got to the phone he said no one told him he had received a call. THAT IS NOT TRUE; I DON'T BELIEVE THAT AT ALL. He also told me that the lady that I was having these issues with was also the manager. All I can say is it starts from the TOP and Panini Kabob in Century City needs to make some staff changes. I love the chicken, but it's chicken. At the end of the day, I will spend my money someplace else until some staff changes are made. Just my feedback: do what you want with...
Read moreWe love Panini Kabob. We have eaten at many locations. On our way to Vegas we ate at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga. In another trip, we also ate there on our way back from Vegas.
Our first location was LBX, great food.
We already ordered at least twice for big parties of more than 20 people.
I did have a bad experience once with an older lady in Long Beach, she really was unhappy that day. She ignored me and was rude. I actually called their number as I was sitting inside the restaurant and the manager answered. I talked to him and waved at him. He realized the server was the problem. Anyway, he got me fast service.
I am thinking, Panini Kabob has do do a better job with explaining to their servers that clients must be respected, attended to fast, and make them feel the costumer is always right, even if they are not. Get their ego out of the way.
Panini Kabob Grill is a growing company and I like their business mission and goals.
They should train their staff much better, kind of like In N out or raising canes train their staff, I am not...
Read moreSo disappointed!!!!!!!! They changed the Caesar dressing recipe. Completely removed the ingredient that makes it a true caesar dressing (the anchovy paste) and replaced it with sone kind of vinegar infusion. I used to buy this dressing by the tub full. The manager i spoke to said some people don't like anchovy, but what about those who do? Why make us pay for someone else's dislike. Ive been in line to pick up my tub of dressing and not been the only to do so. So why not make an original (with anchovy) version and one without and let your customers choose rather than losing the business of the ones who do like the...
