Poke Tiki Newport Mesa — Restaurant in Costa Mesa

Employee there was so rude. The food was great but owner needs to educate the gentlemen working there. I said “can you please add 2 more chips” because it was the FIRST time I received such few chips… The man working replied saying “uhhhh, technically I’m only able to give you 5 chips.” I was so disappointed to get that response, especially since I go there all the time and never have I had to ask if they can add more chips. I still can’t believe how cheap it makes this business look. Attached I’m including a picture of one of the many photos I found online—all of them have so many chips. Again, I have never experienced somebody doing this to me there so I felt the need to make it known. Probably one of the best poke bowls you can ever have they have very good quality fish and a large selection of toppings and even if you don't eat that kind of thing they have Alternatives when I brought friends there that don't even like fish that now love the restaurant for other dishes they can make. they have great drinks there pretty much nothing negative to say about this place one thing that's also worth noting is how quick the services and how consistent their food taste it tastes like very high quality food very healthy and is highly recommended. Only one thing I would mention is parking from get a little jammed in the lot due to the fact there's so many places to eat in that small Shopping Center but that's usually around Peak times for lunch...

Although this is a chain, this location is above and beyond ALL others I have been to (so-far about 6). I love Poke, and the staff here CRUSH making a killer and generous bowls. Not only is the fish always fresh and the toppings selection vast, the price per Pound is incredible! The staff might have 10 online orders all happening while you are there, they somehow still manage to keep you moving and out in a reasonable amount of time. Truly the best Poke spot in the greater area...
