Awful service! i called the owner on a Friday and I was told I had to sign a contract in person. I asked if I could sign on Monday, and was told it they would be available. I arrived at 10:30am and the doors were locked. I texted the owner and received a response 2.5 hours later. she apologized and explained that her birthday was the day before, so she was unavailable. She then told me a verbal contract was sufficient, so I committed to my order over the phone. I was not the one paying, so I explained that a colleague would be contacting her soon, to handle the deposit. the next day, she texted me, confused about a separate order, thinking they were somehow connected, and FORWARDED ME THE OTHER CLIENT'S CONTACT INFO! I was blown away! Then she told me she was too busy for my order. I clarified my order, explained that nothing had changed, and reminded her of our verbal contract. After clarifying, she replied that she was still planning to fill my order. The next day, she texted me and said she could not help me, and "good luck". Now, I'm searching for an alternative option for 5 cakes that can be completed and delivered in 4 days. Good luck to her, with that kind of customer service! ...

This place was the closest cake supply to my house. I went in expecting a lot of variety and great customer service. I walked in with my son and was greeted by a woman talking about her personal life to some clients. I just stood their waiting for a couple of minutes before she acknowledged that I was in the room. She asked me what I wanted and I told her that I needed cake supplies and she started getting my things together while still carrying on a conversation with her other customers. I kept asking her for prices but she just kept asking me what else I needed. Before I left with my things she asked that next time I please call before going in because even though her hours are posted online and in her store she might not be in. I just felt like the customer service offered to me was not great but if you need last minute supplies and don't have a Michael's near you or another cake supply store this would be it. Found it on Google when I needed a LOT of rainbow sprinkles and the Michael’s options were few and far between and expensive. Gaby was so kind and helpful, gave me exactly the sprinkles I needed at a great price, as well as a large enough cake box and cake board!
