Good place to get "clay discs" for skeet shooting!! Both burgers were well-done & dried out. That must be why it took so long.... the cook forgot it on the grill!
I was really disappointed because the waitress said all burgers were cooked to a perfect medium-rare. (So sorry you could not deliver what was promised.)
ALL OTHER COMPLAINTS COULD BE FORGIVEN HAD THE BURGERS NOT BEEN SO BAD!

Regarding prices - the $4.50 "Special" on milkshakes was ridiculous!
.... With all the families in the place; no one was ordering shakes for their little ones.... Now we know why; we did.......Too much money for too little!

The food here is usually good, but today I was served a burger that was medium rare to the point of a metallic taste (blood). Upon calling I was told I could have a coupon mailed. Really, it's just dissapointing. The staff is friendly and in no way is it their fault. This policy needs to be reworked IMO. The meal I paid for is inedible as far as my preferences go. It's a shame, I had many good experiences, but after finding out this is how employees are instructed to handle situations of undercooked food, I will no longer be returning. In no way would I say you shouldn't eat here, but I am personally not going to be returning due to this policy. Mistakes happen, but fixing the mistake should not involve me waiting on a coupon in the mail. Again, the staff is great, the food is great, but in the event you encounter an issue it seems you will have to go hungry and wait...

Saturday afternoon out running errands we found Mike's to be nearby and after viewing lots of reviews (mostly photos) we decided we needed to see for ourselves.
There were lots of open tables to choose from, one gal helping customers and two guys in the kitchen. We were promptly greeted and told to seat ourselves.
Our server was attentive, but not overly friendly. Our order was taken asked if we needed anything else. Cut, dry, no frills.
Our burgers came up pretty quickly since there were only a few tables at that time. One burger/fries and one burger/mac salad. As many reviews that raved about the macaroni salad, I was sadly disappointed. I stuck with fries and called it good. Both burgers were done just right. Big burgers, enough to take half your meal home.
