Peet's Coffee — Restaurant in Cotati

So I always lock my debit or credit cards After I Use them each time. Yesterday I forgot after I used it to lock it I guess because I went to unlock at this morning and accidentally locked it before I went into Pete's. I tried 3 × 2 use it unsuccessfully it kept saying do not do not honor. The beautiful Manager with a personality to match. Was so gracious and acted like it was her machine that was messing up and clear the transaction and paid for it. This place has no personality. I take that back there's plenty of Personality behind the counter being very personal to each other but none of that personable attention was given to most of the walk up customers it seems they're way more busy making app orders that they forget they have actual walk-in customers it was busy they were not moving at a fast pace but then again that's just my perspective considering measuring it to other people and busyness yep I think these ones just do not have the capacity to have walk-in customers I think they are better suited for drive up or...

My 4 stars does not reflect my last visit as it was great and usually is. I am giving 4 stars as an overall rating of my experience at this location. Today's experience along with most of them have been fast friendly service as well as great coffee and good food. However twice recently my drink order was passed or forgotten, I don't know which, and i had to ask the status after 15 or so minutes and then someone would realize the problem and immediately make my drink.
