Starbucks — Restaurant in Cotati

Every time I go to get coffee, there’s a lovely lady named Ariel who writes sweet, thoughtful messages on my cup wishing me a great day. It always makes me so happy and truly makes me feel special and valued. More than the taste of the coffee—which is already delicious—it’s these kinds of small, kind gestures from someone I don’t even know that really make a difference.

Also, I have to say, the matcha she made for me (I got a light matcha) was amazing! I’m adding a photo of it too. I hope I get lucky and she’s there every time I order from now on. I also hope others get to experience her kindness.

There’s another kind lady working there too—once I learn her name, I’ll make sure to mention...

Nolan made my Morning, such a long road trip and needed a comfy Starbucks with good coffee, good people and good restroom. Here in Cotati he had a calming kind vibe, much appreciated and welcomed.

Another gal there name starts with St was not so much. Bless her heart perf improv plan recommend + customer service matters ⚓️🧿

ps thanks St for letting me know where I could throw my trash away, behind me for the straw wrapper. I’ve noted where the trashcan is and I’ll be more courteous next time, put my own straw wrapper in the trashcan behind me, and other pissy attitudes you gave are forgiven St on Fri 10/25/24 mid-day 😳🤔🕊️

Surly, unfriendly service - mistakes on order... I’m a big Starbucks fan but this one needs work. Today I asked for a coffee cake and a mocha no whipped cream... received a cookie. Replaced with the right item. Mocha comes with whipped. Nicely notified the unsmiling staff... who then just use a spoon to get most of cream out. Asked for a new one - since I realllly don’t like cream. No apology given - they seemed put out that I asked them to fix their mistakes....
