Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Cotati

Very disappointed with the wait time. My hotel is .6 miles away from the Papa John’s location we ordered from (Santa Rosa store number 4132). I called at 9:16 and was able to place my order at 9:24, per the receipt. I was given a one hour wait time. I wasn’t happy about it but like Papa John’s and my son really wanted pizza. I honestly thought they would be here sooner. Now that I know we are that close I wish I would have just walked and gotten it myself. They got to my hotel at 10:43. A two topping pizza and soda with a delivery drove of .6 miles should not take one hour and nineteen minutes. When I called about it the manager said he couldn’t do anything but apologize and explained that he was low on staff, and the next time I ordered he would call me personally if my order was going to be late. As I’m only going to be here for a few days, which I had told him already, hence the hotel address, that wasn’t going to be helpful. I asked if I could have some sort of rebate. Heck, even the delivery fee back would have been nice. Nope, he said he couldn’t do anything but give me an apology. I truly understand being low on staff but some type of action taken would have been the best move. He literally gave me nothing but an apology.

Funny enough, when I got to the lobby to wait for my pizza, around 10:35, there was a Pizza Hut delivery guy. When he was leaving I asked what time the order for their customer was placed and he said 10:08! They waited less than thirty minutes, and had a longer drive, and my family waited an hour and nineteen minutes for .6 miles. Not happy at all.

I’m only giving three stars because the pizza was still hot and was very good. However, because of the excessive wait time and lack of any type of action on the manager’s part, I would not recommend this...

Ordered a bbq chx pizza good thing I checked it before I left apparently when it was going to the oven it got some bubbles and there was four pieces that didn't have any toppings on them because the bubbles were so big and all the toppings went off. I figured either they would offer me a discount or offer to make me another Pizza they didn't either and the guy just handed me my change. But I'm not going out like that, I asked to have another pizza made and they did this one looked much better anyway. The taste on the pizza was very bland. We also ordered boneless chicken garlic parmesan and barbecue and all they did was drizzle the sauce over the top and it was minimal at that also tasted very bland. Too many pizza places around to serve bad stuff and have bad service and we will not...

Our Papa John's pizza was too expensive for what we got. The employee who took our order needed assistance from the manager to take an order directly off the menu with no variation. Maybe he was new. It took about 20 minutes to bake but the result was mediocre. There was nothing special about the crust which may have been frozen and prepackaged, and the toppings were ordinary, right down to what looked and tasted like imitation cheese. Sauce was...
