Today I got accused of stealing soda when all I got was Ice that I already paid for from the gentleman in back. I told him i don't appreciate being accused of stealing when I didn't do anything, he said something inaudible up nder his breath. I asked what he said and I was then told to "get the fu$k out". I asked for a refund on my ice because I don't like to be treated or talked to like that. I then got accused of stealing a piece of pizza and I also have already paid for by one of the gals in the front. I don't usually frequent this Casey's very often but I use the other one on the other end of town quite often. This is a terrible representation of Casey's and an embarrassment to this establishment. On a side note the young gal with the glasses who originally helped me with my order and gas was quite efficient/ helpful and pleasant.
Look at all the bad reviews.... As a former employee who loved his job this is embarrassing. This place needs a change. It gets worse and worse everyday. They used to just treat the bums bad but not they have attitudes with everyone. Next time I come this way I'll just go across the street to mega saver. Cheaper gas, cleaner, and nicer and they barely speak English...
Read morePlease overview all of these reviews. This is clearly not a Casey's Convenience Store. Casey's is not disgusting, offers cash back, and is well stocked with no health or safety hazards. I have been a Casey's employee in the past, and this is not how they do business. This place is terrible for our community. Why are the employees giving fountain pop away? Every time I check out, they give it to me (4-8 large cups) and other customers as well. The floor is sticky. The counters are not clean enough for people to touch. There are boxes to stock, and it's cluttered. The parking lot and outside areas are disgusting and always trashy. The ground its self needs to be powerwashed. My child can clean a bathroom better then this staff. Finally, a few staff members are not friendly customer service representatives, to say the least. I hardly see employee name tags. All of the employees need to be retrained, and the company should offer bonuses, promotions, and terminate employment when necessary. Why do you pay employees for not doing their job? There is a homeless shelter right down the street full of people who work better than your staff. Respectfully, please do better and take care of...
Read moreIf I could give this location a star rating of none I would. My father owned several gas stations in Council Bluffs at one time or another over a span of 25 years. I believe that it's corporate policy not to hire friends, yet the current manager who worked at Burger King is doing just that. I feel sorry for the few good cashiers who work there. It's management's job to cover a shift when someone calls in sick or find someone to cover that shift. Instead they make the cashier who has already worked a 8 + hour shift to stay and cover it. I used to patronize this location almost daily, sometimes several times a day. Now,I'll drive halfway across town to a different location or just go across the street to Mega Saver where I get gas at the same price or lower. Shame on you store #34. I've attempted to get ahold of corporate and find a phone number, but the only number I can find is an Omaha number. I truly hope that a regional manager sees this review. I'd gladly accept a response from a corporate employee on...
