Wendy's — Restaurant in Council Bluffs

Was in drive thru, was at the window, backed up to let another customer that was ahead of me back into place, seems he was missing most of his order, which I think was actually part of my real order. I ordered on the app, since I am allergic to a few food items, I check my food before eating...Allergic to ketchup, burger was smothered in ketchup, can't eat onions due to health reasons had 6 to 7 rings of onion slices. I live up north from Council Bluffs, almost 30-35 minutes or so, and had to be that car smelling that ketchup and onions since it was order, trting not to throw up. Since I will not litter.. Sad, I tried calling as soon as I began to open the burger and saw ketchup all over the wrapper, and guess what still trying to call almost an hour and half if not more and still no answer. I just wanted to call to let them be aware that some people do adjust their food for any sort of reasons and they should be a bit more careful, especially when you spend almost $10 on a meal and the sandwich wasn't even the right type of sandwich, and of course wasn't even made without the ingredients that had been requested. But reading most of these reviews, I am very shocked, that they are this bad..since when I do go into Council Bluffs, Wendy's was one stop, never had any major issues just slight minor ones until...

Not sure if this location is constantly short on staff or just doesn’t care about its customers. The time before when I went to this location I was waiting for my order at the window when one of your employees leaned up against my vehicle and put her purse on the hood of my car while she had a conversation about getting drunk with the girl working the window. I didn’t go back for a few months after that one. Today to humor myself I gave y’all another shot. As a GM of another company I sometimes take notes or time drive thrus to share with my team on wonderful or awe ful service. My drive through order took 23 minutes. Let’s break this down a bit deeper. 11 minutes till my order was even taken. 3 minutes to place my order, guy Upsold me a cookie. 7 minutes till I get to the window. Get to the window and am told they’re out of the cookie that I want. They give me a frosty instead. Only end up a window for 2 minutes. Drive off, get home and I had ordered and paid for two jr bacon cheese burgers and got two cold plain cheese burgers. Service was okay but not quite at the level of average. I go here every few months just to find nothing in this establishment has changed. Hopefully you guys will get a chance to improve...

Place is very cold walking into (37°F outside), waiting over 5 min just to order, didn't take long to get my food but: fries were barely half full, took a bite of my nuggets and found a hair COOKED INTO the nugget, getting my drink my hand was sprayed by the syrup and is now stained, and the burger I got was gressy, didn't taste right and another person who ordered before me was given a half cooked RAW Burger! Ended up just barely sitting down before I found the hair and was too cold to stay and "eat" my "food" before I just left because of other customers complaints about the food and it being warmer outside than inside the restaurant. I deliver for doordash and now im concerned about the food I'm delivering!!! Wasn't impressed and will no longer eat here again (was my first visit as a customer!)

Update: went to the store to let someone know and talked to GM. She was made aware of some issues that happened yesterday and fixed them. Soda machine was broken and no one bothered to do anything about it, food wasn't being cooked properly and some staff needed to have a talking. Things will be changed. I will do doordash, but will no...
