Person who took my order was very snotty and didn’t take “customer appreciation” into consideration. Was missing 2 hash browns in an order when they come with six, and the sandwich had the bare minimum of effort put into it, a place that holds grudges and can’t handle someone ordering products from their store. Im always polite and the manager who takes orders is always snotty back, constantly asking if I’m done with my order and when I say “just one moment I'm checking out the menu” she always sighs and grumbles. Its your job, if you don’t wanna be there don’t be there. I’ve worked at a dunkin before and I know big orders are annoying and drive through times are a big thing to keep in check for them, but when I am purchasing drinks and food from your establishment and being very polite the whole time I don't believe that should matter. Management is absolutely horrible, I suffer from manic depression and have scars on my throat and one of the managers told me she would slice my throat if I “didn’t put a muzzle on it”. They also had me repeatedly pick up cooked food from the ground that was dropped and still hand it out of the window or at the eat in counter.
