La Michoacana (Ice Cream) — Restaurant in Covina

today i went in to buy 2 ice creams as i was ordering these other 2 lady’s come up and tell her they want to order a aqua fresca and as she’s doing it order she drops everything she was doing for my order and goes to assist them like if i wasn’t ordering first i ignored this part and just said whatever but after she came back more customers walked in and she just started rushing my order and didn’t even full my 2 scoop up like my other one ran to the register to charge me and it felt like she was rushing me i loved this place for the longest but everytime i go some employees have the worst customer service not all of them because ive had good customer service here also but this girl was unprofessional and rude when im working i don’t skip the customer that was in line first and was already doing their order and i had seen someone else comment the same thing about them skipping over them to help...

Extremely rude customer service. I went in to get an ice cream and some hot Cheetos with cheese. I asked for extra cheese and the lady gave me my bag back like a soup and smirked about it. She literally filled my bag all the way to the top with cheese I couldn’t even see my chips. Also by the time she handed them to me they were extremely soggy and un enjoyable. I asked her if I can switch them because she had put way too much and she said I would have to buy another bag and it’s my fault for asking for extra cheese and all of her co workers started to gang up on me and tell me I’m wrong.Any other time I have went in and got hot Cheetos with extra cheese it has never been that ridiculous amount. I left without my chips and and was very disappointed because they laughed at me as I left as well....

My son and daughter in law asked what flavor this blue popsicle was, and the girl replied a "Cookie monster". He then asked what it tastes like and she said "idk". Maybe she was having a bad day, but she was just kinda rude. The other lady was really nice. My DIL got something else because she was too embarrassed to ask again. My strawberry cheesecake popsicle tasted just like heavy cream. No flavor, not sweet. I wouldn't get it again. My younger son got a frozen banana with sprinkles... that was really good! The Jamaica popsicle was really good too. We also got a frozen, chocolate covered banana with nuts and a strawberry popsicle dipped in chocolate and nuts too,...
