502 Deli & Grill — Restaurant in Covington Township

Terrible the Patty on the burger was just a cheap pre-made frozen patty that they throw on a grill I found a hair in the burger they were out of chicken tenders the meat in the chef salad tasted old and unsafe once we finished they brought over to go boxes we politely told them we weren't interested in taking any leftovers we were then subjected to rude interrogation by the staff once they realized we didn't like the food their overall tone was hostile but I didn't take their bait and look obnoxious in public I was with my sister's and the food grossed them out at that point I wanted to politely pay and leave but the staff kept prodding us even at one point asking us why we would stop if we weren't going to finish the food save your money and your stomach eat elsewhere I try to never leave reviews against places but the bad food and bad attitudes made my sister's very uncomfortable and...

The service absolutely horrible we dined in the older women first tells us sit anywhere you want so we do she then proceeds to tell us we can’t sit at the table we chose we gladly move to another and are told the same thing so we order our food she then tells me there is no cheese ok no problem I ask to have my bacon soft and cooked fresh please the food comes out she puts the food on the table walks away I call her over to tell her the bacon is hard I don’t want it thank you she says no it isn’t and walk away talking whatever mess she is taking they then go in the back and the cook comes out to say the bacon is fine no it’s not it’s hard and taste nasty she then says bullcrap I’ve been 2 this deli once before but listen if you are horrible in customer service it’s not the job for you it might be...

This place is not it. I am here visiting family thought we popped in for some quick breakfast sandwiches. The server had a bad attitude like we were a bother. Took our drink order I asked for hot black tea she told me they only have brown tea/lipton. I almost died lipton is black tea says it right on the packet but ok. Took our food orders comes back says there's no rolls (which ive seen on other posts about this place they dont tell you they are out of anything till after order placed) so we sacrificed for a bagel and croissant there was so much grease on our food couldn't even eat it.
