Tasty Swirl — Restaurant in Covington Township

Use to like this place but after my experience last night they have lost a customer! My wife ordered 4 strawberry and banana milkshakes and the girls mistakenly made us 4 smoothies. After explaining that there was a mistake and we ordered milkshakes the girl at the window told us "the machines are off" it was 7:45 pm and we waited 10 minutes already for something we didn't order! She literally said "do you want the smoothies because our machines are down for the night" didn't give me a refund didn't do anything to make their mistake rite so their smoothies were dumped in the trash at the caboose and I had them make the order that I already paid tasty...

While on vacation in the Poconos it is well worth a wait on line to sample tasty swirl ice cream. Then maple walnut ice cream is decadent and fresh. Every single Sundae is too big to finish. Their cones are stacked High with the most delicious Rich ice cream. They even have a doggie sundae. Unlike other stores in the area that accommodate a dairy free customer base, they're extremely friendly and the prices are unbelievable. I can take an entire family there...
