Captain D's — Restaurant in Covington

I went to the Captain D'S here in Covington, TN today..... The food tasted horribleeee. I got the 2 piece fish and chicken meal. The fish was very dry and barely had any taste, parts of the chicken tenders felt like rubber as I tried to eat it, the fries had a old, kinda burnt taste to them and were not fresh at all; and even the Mac and Cheese, which is my favorite at Capttain D'S, had a sour taste to it....... The whole meal was awful. The only thing I enjoyed was the breadstick. And I paid $19; Smh; I will try to get in contact with the District Manager for this location. This is ridiculous...... Very disappointed. I hope I don't get sick from the small portion of mac and cheese I ate; because I did have a sour taste..... That was the first time it ever tasted like that...... Terrible..... I knew I should've got something to eat from another...

I went to this location today around 3:30pm. The young lady took my order in the drive-thru. I gave her my card for my payment. She never asked what type of sauce I wanted, so before she closed the window. I said I would like vinegar and tartar sauce. She gave me my food. I said,thank you, have a nice day. She barely opened her mouth and didn't say thank you, have a good day. Nothing. She said ummm. As you can see I can't spell what she said. We as black people have to do better in customer service, especially if you plan on getting somewhere in life. Some additional training need to be had or if you don't like your job, go somewhere else. Maybe find out who trains Chick-fil-A and learn from them . I work in customer service as well. This type of service would never...

I am totally disappointed in this establishment, it takes forever to get your order and when you do get it!! No apology for the long wait time, NOTHING!! Not to mention the bad attitudes!! It doesn't hurt anyone to speak and say thank you!! When they are waiting on you! I had to pull in the parking place because they were so slow with my order!! And to top things off after the 15 minute wait, not to mention I had already waited 10 to 12 minutes at the window then to be told to pull into a parking place, when the girl brought my order to the car, she never offered an apology for the long wait time!! Simply handed me my food and walked OFF!! Wake up call, customers are the ones paying their salary!! I am so over these RUDE WORKERS AND BAD ATTITUDES!! AND MY...
