Horrible experience. One of the worst I’ve ever had with a restaurant. This is in Covington, so can’t expect top notch service. It was a Saturday night so I expected them to be busy but this was insane. This was my boyfriend’s food, not mine. I don’t like their food. The email said the order was ready but it wouldn’t fit in the pickup box so I went in to get it and they said it wasn’t done so I went back to my boyfriends car and waited about 15 mins. Went back in and still wasn’t ready so I decided to sit and wait. Another 20 mins went by and ton of customers were getting served while I was still waiting. The lady at the front desk told me it wouldn’t be much longer and she was apologizing, saying they’re really backed up. I got fed up and finally asked for a refund and she said “are you sure? It will only be a few more minutes” I said no thanks, my boyfriend and I just want a refund. But I felt bad for her. She was polite and trying to handle so many orders at the same time. We left with no food after waiting over an hour. I suggest AVOIDING THIS PLACE! I’d rather wait an hour for McDonald’s...
Read moreOne of the worst if not the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I got a delivery from this location and didn't receive my drink that I ordered with the meal. I called this location and told them plainly and nicely that I didn't receive my drink and they started acting very aggressive and rude. The lady who first answered the phone at first even denied doing deliveries at all which is a laughable lie. As they had already delivered me a pizza and clearly have a delivery option on their website. Once she started to admitt that they did do deliveries, she put me on the phone with the manager who also acted very rude, again accusing me of yelling when I was talking plainly. These people might need a hearing aid if they thought I was yelling. After all this, I still didn't get the Sierra Mist that I paid money for and the food they had delivered to me was very cold and stale anyways. Don't waste your money at this location. These people are not only rude, but they are demeaning and will take your money to not even give you the product...
Read moreI am very disappointed with my experience tonight. We got home to discover MOLD in the bread sticks. When I called to inform the staff there is mold INSIDE the bread I was told it’s not mold, it’s from the pan. The mold is all over the inside of the bread. This is not from a pan. That was there before it even went to the oven. I’m a certified food safety manager. I know what mold is. I wasn’t even calling for a refund, just to let them know what I found. I can see how they might think it’s from the pan, but if it’s inside the bread it’s not from the pan. Two staff members told me I was wrong. I over heard the person who answered the call explain “another person calling about mold” so I wasn’t the first. This was intended to feed CHILDREN and they are lucky I found it before my kids did.
