Rent-A-Center — Local services in Covington

Terrible establishment. Employee knocked over my parked motorcycle in a Rent-A-Center truck and did a lot of damage. The employee left a note, taking responsibility of the damage. However Rent-A-Center still will not admit fault or pay for any of the damages.

Avoid this location at all costs!

EDIT: It has been almost 2 weeks since I contacted the Solution Center. Their response was "someone will reach out to you." So far, no one has. Absolutely unbelievable.

EDIT 2: 2 months later, no one has contacted me from this office. I guess it really shows the character of the Rent-A-Center corporation. Here's a literal note the employee left me, and still I guess that does not warrant the company taking...

Megan talked to me over the phone and wrote down what we wanted order to be delivered. She told me over the phone that she deals with a lot of customers and forgot what we ordered and put in a random item code to send to us today. When I called and told her she told me I had to wait until Monday to talk to Shannon. And when I noticed all the items were damaged she yelled at me then hung up on me. When I called corporate they hung up on us twice as well and told us to wait until Monday or Tuesday, that they wrote a ticket to have a manager call us. That they couldn’t transfer me to anyone because they were not allowed to and I just had to wait until I got a call back. Worst...

If I could give them negative stars I would! They knowingly sold us a mattress with bed bugs!! They tried to "clean" the bed but we got infested! If you don't pay them on your exact due date, they will call every single day, 2-3x a day. They drove past my house and saw my brother on my porch and harassed me saying they saw we were home, we "better make a payment"!! I'm returning this nasty ass bed and ain't paying another dime. I hope they try to take me to court so I can counter sue their asses!! DO NOT BUY...
