At 10:04 in the morning I ordered 2 items from the menu in the drive through. There are zero cars in the parking lot, zero cars ahead of me, zero cars behind me. I ordered 2 single items. I paid. Was immediately asked to pull forward and wait. And boy was it a wait. In 14 minutes of waiting I vusualized one car pull in and order behind me and immediately had to pull in a space to wait also. Another vehicle pull immediately to the qindow then leave. I have to exit my vehicle and enter the store to ask for a refund AFTER 14 MINUTES OF WAITING. Zero customers in the establishment. 4 employees aNd no one has a clue where my food is and the entire inside smells like marijuana. I'm then given a bag with one of the two items. Have to ask for the other only to be told "he already brought it out there". ??????? Are these employees that messed up? Then leave. No napkins. No fork. The 2nd item was hasilty tossed in the bag and was messy. Had to trash the item as I'm not much for eating gravy and biscuit from a container like a dog or with my paws. Total waste of time and money. I'd expect my food to be sizzling hot after that amount of wait time. But it was barely warm. Willie at the window might be taking more than fast food orders. I said yes mam then as I was trying to place my order after each item she would say is that all would not give me a chance to put in my full order then I drove ip to pay she told me to pull up for three sandwiches and one order of fries she brought my food out I asked her to please wait let me check my food since its never been right. She did and my burger had cheese on it I told her no cheese. She took it back it came back out with another burger I asked her to wait again just to make sure it was right because Ive sent food back before and it still not be right. She said to me I'm not going to wait I watch them fix it it a hash tone of voice so I finally decided It was time to talk to a manager she was very nice told me she knew there was a problem with the young lady and has talk to her about her behavior before. Then we get to the window and they tell us to pull up. Having dealt with this before, I told my husband not to because no one was behind us and I won't contribute to them being lazy and inefficient since they wanted us off their clock that was timing them to get them job done quickly. They come back to the window and they ask again. He says no one is behind us, that we can wait and they tell him he needs to pull up and get off their clock. He makes them go into explanation even though we know exactly what they are doing to cheat their system so they can look like they are doing a good job even though they are doing very poorly. We ask if we stayed if it would make them give us our food faster and they said no, he's running their clock and started getting more rude. Won't be going back ever!
