Edit, the manager of the Coweta location contacted me and we actually had a very nice conversation about our backgrounds in the restaurant business and what expectations are, where they are falling short. It's exactly the kind of conversation that a customer wants to have with a manager who is interested in improving and open to that dialogue. I'm not here just to get mad and complain. I'm here to try to help. That's what happened with Benjamin at the Coweta location of Billy Sims BBQ and I appreciate you very much. I just got home with my triple 20 sandwich, pulled pork and coleslaw. Except mine has no coleslaw. And I don't want to drive all the way back. so I didn't get the sandwich that I ordered and the line is busy so I can't talk to anyone at the Coweta location. Read moreI had a major event and used Billy Sims in Coweta, Oklahoma to provide food for 50 people. I chose to pick up my order, however they offered to deliver. The manager, Benjamin was absolutely wonderful to work with. Benjamin even came in on his day off to help with and oversee my order. He kept in contact with me throughout the process and was attentive to any changes I needed. He cared about every detail, even checking to see how the event was going and if we needed anything during the event. The food was attractive, delicious, perfectly hot, reasonably priced and very securely packaged. I was provided with all the serving and eating utensils I needed. The staff seemed happy putting my order together and the portions were generous. When we received them, they had no slaw on them, and the employees told us they were out after the fact. If they were out ,then why not tell us when we ordered? Otherwise, we would have ordered something else. The employee offered no way to fix the issues or apology. Later, another couple came in and had issues as well.
