Edit, I've taken away one star because the phone ordering people are not in sync with each other or the app when it comes to the closing time of specific locations. Simple as that. THE REST OF THIS REVIEW IS A PRIMER ON WHAT COULD BE DONE TO MAKE THE PRODUCT MORE CONSISTENT. AND YET, NO REPLY FROM MAZZIO'S. Part of learning how to cook what I was a kid was the time that I spent with the old-fashioned ovens at Ken's Pizza. So I am always holding mazzio's to that same standard. There are times when that standard falls short and I know exactly why and it doesn't make me angry it just pains me that the fixes would be so simple. when someone asks for a pizza well done, make sure that it's well done. Even distribution of toppings etc, those are concerns but ultimately my biggest concern is that you all know that everyone in this area grew up on canned pizza and mazzio's Pizza and you can't sit back on that success while allowing standards to slip. It's not enough just to have Ken's pizza sauce and the same crust everyone's used to. When I get a pizza I can't pick up because it's limp with sauce which is why I order mine well done, I begin to think that every step of the process of making a pizza, why that stuff is important and the fact that you are creating a pizza every time that is going to be the only pizza that someone gets even if you made 500 that day. Every time, every pizza, sense of ownership and pride. I don't like having to take my pizza home and cook it further when it should be enough to ask for a well done pizza. Start from scratch, just like your ingredients. get a better handle on what it is you're making and why, and why there are tens of thousands of people who don't even think twice when ordering pizza because mazzio's is...

I go to mazzios here all the time and I absolutely love it always amazing food but I never get the buffets because every time I do it’s not worth it. I decided today to try it out again and I wish I didn’t, terrible!!! Every pizza up there looked like it had been there for a bit so I got a cheese stick and decided to wait for fresh stuff, 30 minutes later not a single pizza was put out and it was only 12:00, we paid 20 bucks and didn’t eat anything but a few cinnimon rolls. I’m not trying to come on here and be a Karen or anything but it was completely crowded and dry dry pizza it’s just plain rude!! On top of that there was pizza sauce all over the floor I didn’t see and I fell dropping all my food and they didn’t even think to clean it up. I love this mazzios and I will keep going back but I am disappointed with the buffets when people pay for food they should be able to eat good not sit for ever waiting and nothing fresh ever comes out and it was lunch rush hour!!!!...

We didn't have to wait on a table we had to clean our table. There was no plates for pizza nor was there any pizzas for the buffet that I paid close to $80 for but last week it was $20 cheaper explain that? The lady at the register was extremely rude I tried to show her my receipt from last week she didn't care, and no I didn't have coupons for last week or this week. We were in there for over an hour. To have only four pizzas were brought out we had kids with us they wouldn't eat jalapenos or supreme. Not to mention that the salad bar was empty. They were pouring cokes from 2 liters and that's fine they said it was due to no water. So it had me wondering if there's no water how are they cleaning things and why are they open with no water just a thought. Very disappointed and won't be back for a very long...
