SHARJEEL is RUDE and he is a liar. I cannot fathom how this store is still in business. Why hasn't Dominos corporate done something by now. I typically hate complaining because I have worked in the restaurant industry so every time they make a mistake on my order I just let it go and remember all my mistakes. This is the wrong way to handle problems, I know. The experience with this store is bad about 60% of the time. My wife and I like to have options and I really do like the food choices, so we keep ordering a few times a month, but Last night was the last time we will order from this store. I ordered online. I watched that neat little graphic that shows the stages of your pizza and the name of the employee who is working on it. Our pizza went through the oven and then sat in the quality check box for an hour. When I went back to check again I saw that our pizza was back in the oven and had been placed there 2 minutes prior. My wife called the store and they said it would be at our house in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later my wife called again and the man on the phone offered her a free soda. She told him "we don't want a free soda. We want our food." He said the delivery driver was already out but he was obviously lying because he was offering us the free soda with our order. 10 minutes later my wife called again and the man offered her a free medium pizza the next time she calls. She said she wouldn't be calling again and just wanted our food. Then this guy on the phone had the audacity to yell at her saying, "what do you want me to do? I am an hour behind and I only have 4 delivery drivers." Blah blah blah. If this was the first time they screwed us I'd be more forgiving but they do something wrong with our orders at least 60% of the time - undercooked pizzas, missing toppings, missing sauces, cold pizza, driver forgets to bring your soda, order takes way too long... My favorite is when you order a medium pizza with salami they put three pieces of salami on the pizza. Okay, so I know that they likely weigh the toppings to calculate cost, but the pieces of salami are triple the size of a pepperoni. So when you see the pizza there is only salami on 3 of your slices. These people in this store just have issues - maybe they chat too much or come to work stoned. I don't know, but, here is a suggestion - BREAK UP THE PIECES OF SALAMI SO THAT THERE IS SOME ON EVERY PIECE OF PIZZA. Hello? We are done with this store. I'm sure there are some great Dominos Pizza stores out there BUT STAY AWAY FROM THE DOMINOS PIZZA IN INGRAM/CRAFTON...
   Read morePlaced an online order for dinner a few nights ago and I did not add a tip since I am less then a mile away from the restaurant and was already charged a $4 delivery and service fee (I know I know so wrong of me not to add a tip for a 5 minute drive despite the delivery fee I already paid) fast forward to the delivery driver dropping my food off my husband met him at his car and grabbed the food, the driver then asked if he is going to add a gratitude tip. My husband almost felt obligated because the driver would not leave and honestly caught him off guard he was asking for a tip. My fiancé said okay and the driver said his pen is not working but he will write it in when he gets back to the store (This was completely unacceptable because for one that shouldn’t even be possible or allowed and for two we did not want to add a tip in the first place.) Fast forward to bringing the food into the house my husband let the driver know he had everything but the driver wanted to atleast bring the 2 liter to our door for my husband. My husband told him he could leave it by the door he’s got it from there (said multiple times) as the driver set the drink down and turned away my husband opened the door to put the food in and the driver yet again turned around, picked up the 2 liter, and gave it to him. My husband stated multiple times he is okay he has everything but this man just simply would not leave! My husband had barely opened the door and had to keep one foot inside the house and one food outside while setting down the food because of how much the driver crossed this boundary he was setting. All of this HAS been reordered on our outdoor camera. That was completely unacceptable. I called the store afterwards to let whoever know the situation and when the driver does indeed return to the store DO NOT write yourself in a tip. The woman I spoke to did not even apologize or even seem to empathize how strange this encounter was. We ended the conversation with her asking “so when the driver returns you do not want him to write in a tip” I respond with yes and she says “okay” and we hung up. Overall this location even based on all the reviews is clearly going down hill and needs some serious upgrades in regards to staff. Domino’s needs to do better because I won’t be ordered from here...
   Read moreSo, I walk outside my house and my neighbor kids tell me the dominos driver pulled up got put and said “ wrong address “ ... never came to door... so I call the store and manager answers and says he will call him...ten minutes later still no pizza...so I call back...manager answers...he says they made a screw up and driver left without the pizza, just had my chicken and he made a pizza and he’s on the way...I say...well the chicken is probably an hour since I’m the oven...he says do t watery it will be hot...well pizza arrives and is warm but chick is barely warm...I call back and manager blames delivery driver and when I say “so I’m the one who gets screwed with cold food”? He says yes...I say “well isn’t it your responsibility to make it right”? And the conversation deteriorated quickly...I say I’ll just call corporate and explain how it was my fault that the manager blames the driver too...I said how is this good customer relations? He replies “well I was going make it right by sending out new chicken but you threatened to call and complain on me” I say “ so because you messed up and I called you on it , you now say you would have fixed it but not when I first called back like you said to do if it wasn’t right”? He replies well you got upset and made it worse...so I replied “well I’ll call corporate and let them know how you handle complaints ( over chicken and pizza really only chicken ) and I’ll write a review too”...now he says I’ll send new chicken...the point is...and I tell him...I would prefer not to eat over two hours...if I wanted my food delivered at different times I would place different orders so it arrived that way...I also point he only offered after I said I would call...his response: no I was gonna send chicken but you made this worse so now I’m not...I said that’s ok... I’ll point all this out to corporate...he said “they won’t believe you”...well I guess we will find out...all over a mistake...and I asked if my delivery was gonna be late why not call my phone to let me know because it is in the pizza tracker? No answer to that one...why not do that and make a fresh order? No reply to that either ...I think there are lots of other pizza places in Crafton area...think I’m done with this one...not...
