Burger King — Restaurant in Cramerton

Ok...this location is often understaffed. I've had orders wrong, shorted multiple items and such. But today the guy running the drive through told me up front that they were very short staffed. I had waited 20 minutes behind one car to hear this. But he was sincere. Apologetic and working hard to keep up. My impatience disappeared. Here was a guy who admitted the short coming and was doing all he could to make it right. I would have waited an hour for my order. But I didn't have to. Once he took my order, it was only about 5 minutes til I was driving away with my correct order and he handed it to me with a smile, which I returned in ernest. He was hustling and manning the whole place pretty much by himself it appeared . I admire this guy. And his great attitude in the face of stress from petulant customers who are used to faster service and likely gave him a hard time all day . Patience and kindness are sorely lacking these days. This guy reminded me that we are all doing our best and sometimes it pays to be a little more tolerant of folks who are trying hard. That was more important than a burger for me tonight. This fellow fed my spirit as much, if not more, than my stomach . Five stars for much slower than normal service! Because it was great service. Not fast,...

Walked in, didn't get greeted. Stood for a while until a man came up and said, I just cook, she will have to come take your order. No hello, nothing. Then I hear a woman say "What she want?'...Um to order...in a RESTAURANT. Another lady came and took our order, mumbled something at the end, I asked what she said nicely because I couldn't understand her and twice more she mumbled something that I couldn't hear nor understand, walks away, doesn't give me my total, goes to the drink machine and says, we don't have diet coke. I opted to pay because i assumed she was done with me. They barely had any drink flavors in either machine. I waited for a while - no food, sat down and no one called or seemingly brought out food so I went up and saw a bag sitting there. Then the cook comes up and gets a other part of our order, puts it in the bag then both he and the original 'what she want' lady say who's order is it?? WE WERE THE ONLY ONES IN THE LOBBY! HORRIBLE. Common sense is gone and so is courtesy! This BK needs to close, clean, clean house, hire new people and get new management otherwise, they need to close it completely....

I ordered a double whopper with CHEESE ONLY I pull away from the window and checked my burger and it had everything on it so I pull back around to the window and hand it back to him with my receipt he then comes back with another double whopper hands it to me and it had everything on it again so I get him to come back to the window and tell him he had it wrong again. So he goes back and makes it again and it a regular whopper after I done paid for a double whopper meal. He kept my receipt so I don’t have proof of purchase to be able to get my food fixed the way I ordered it. I’ve been there more than once and I’ve had problems everytime I went and I can’t walk in cause the doors r locked so I would have to sit in the drive thru behind all other cars just to get my food made the way I won’t it. Its not that hard to put 2 pattys and some cheese on a bun. If I could leave zero stars I would but I had to hit one of them just to say what happened. I wouldn’t recommend a homeless person to go there...
