I would never recommend this place to anybody. If I could give negative Stars I would. My feedback on this dealership business if you want to call that is in regards to what was to be fixed on the vehicle upon purchase agreement that was also written in a document stating they would fix.. specifically an entire transmission that was messed up that the financing manager Gary stated that the car was put through 125 point inspection. A power window button that was broken which to this day has still not been fixed since I have been banned from their lot. I will give them credit that they did give me a loaner to drive while they have my car for us an entire mont.. I actually made the first payment on my vehicle and still had not seen it. I only called once a week to this dealership and asked about the repairs being conducted on my vehicle. Finally after a month had passed, again yes that's correct an entire month... I started to become agitated and upset because the vehicle was never known of its whereabouts as to where it was being repaired during the entire time that they had it until the final day in which I called them. I was told it was taken to multiple Ford dealerships with in Gaston county, again for 99.9% of that entire month nobody could tell me anything about my vehicle or the progress on the repairs. I finally got the car back after having made the first payment and ask Gary the financing manager if they fixed my vehicle and about the power window switch being fixed as well which is still broken and was never fixed even though they had the car for an entire month...I made a comment to Gary about it and he said I needed to shut up and stop complaining. And not to mention the fact that I asked about where the transmission was done and there is no documentation no invoice nothing as to where the repairs were actually done or parts were purchased from. I hope that somebody reads this and adheres to my advice what I say and strongly recommend to never receive a vehicle from this lot until you have your own mechanic fully look the...
Read moreDeMarkus deceived me. I feel taken advantage of. I got a Ford hybrid with a bad battery. They knew the battery was bad when they were selling it to me. They had to jump it o the lot. What I didn't know is that this was going to be the norm for operating this vehicle. I have had to call roadside assistance 9 times in the first two weeks of purchasing this vehicle. After talking to management they told be to use my warranty and take it to Auto Zone. How about my warranty is no good when you purchase the car with mileage over 100 thousand miles. Did they know this??? Not Good McAdenville Motors. Then they tell you they are giving you a warranty. Only to have over $1600 added to the price of the car to pay for this warranty. (That I can't use). My lawyer is upset I did not call him sooner. I really thought they were trying to help me. Said they would call me back the Monday after Thanksgiving and I could bring it in. Never received that call from Management. When I went in they had DeMarkus handle us again for him to give us this daring stare saying, "There's nothing we can do!". With a very bad smirk on his face as to say, What you going to do. I am so hurt and again feel taken advantage of. My attorney keeps wanting me to pursue, I am still trying to get over the misuse of my monies. It doesn't matter all the good you do for customers if you are not treating all customers the same. This car should not have been on the lot for sale with a bad battery. Everyone agrees except McAdenville Motors. This 2025 year for McAdenville Motors should feel my pain and suffering. Trying now to make a car payment and buy a new battery. So not fair. DeMarkus you are NOT to be trusted. YOU KNEW AND YOU PROCEEDED TO SELL ANYWAY. YOU TOO WILL REAP MY PAIN IN ALL YOU DO THIS YEAR. YOU WILL REMEMBER THE SALE OF THIS -NONE WORKING...

This place sucks. I understand that when you buy from these places that you get what you pay for and that cars off of lots like this do not come with any type of warranty.
After reading all of the other reviews (which I should have done before purchasing, ignorant on my part) anyways. After reading all of these reviews it seems that people purchasing cars from them and the car messing up SHORTLY after is pretty common.
These reviews are right. The customer service while purchasing is almost too good to be true, and then you are totally screwed after the purchase.
This place is shady shady. My boyfriend purchased a $16k car and 32 days after purchase the transmission goes out. Here’s the parts that I find shady.
The day he purchased it… they stated he could not come drive it off the lot yet because they had to get it inspected. Yet, there is no record of it ever being inspected. Last it was inspected was 2021! And it was not by mcadenville motors. They tell him it has never had any damage done to it, carfax shows there was a collision to the front right side that deployed the airbag (Again, ignorant on our part for not checking) bad look for business though.
When my boyfriend called to just see if there was anything at all that could be done and stated that he felt like this was not a good look.. the guy on the other end of the phones response was “so what, you’re saying your going to bad mouth us?” which to me, sounds a little guilty.
My bf may not bad mouth this place and was actually telling everyone what a pleasant experience he has before all of this. I will tell anyone who mentions this place how shady and terrible it is. And by reading the reviews.. it seems that this is just...
